12.07.2025 Simiatug : après une nuit à pleuvoir et un brouillard épais le matin, on décide de se rendre à Salinas de Bolivar (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salina…) en pick up. Bien que de loin rien ne semble distinguer ce village d’un autre, il a bénéficié d’une forte influence italienne et suisse. Les boutiques d’artisanat son très nombreuses et nous rappelle beaucoup l’Europe dans leur présentation et ce qu’elles vendent : fromage, chocolat, nougat, pesto et pizza pour ne citer quelques exemples.

A new "feature" of year six of the ongoing, unchecked covid pandemic is that a large and growing number of my previously covid-serious friends are changing gears to take unprecedented covid exposure risks.They cite a wide range of reasons/justifications/rationalizations.

My heart is not big enough to hold all the worry. Or loneliness.

But not gonna lie, it feels more and more like I'm in a tontine.

Bunker

Hallo auch,

ich hab mal ne Frage von wegen fehlendem #Wohnraum - #Mietexplosion ggb leerstehenden Häusern pipapo.

Wohne Nähe Treis-Karden: 4-5 km runter zum Bahnhof/Koblenz 25 Minuten per Auto oder Bahn/10 Minuten zur A48/knappe Stunde bis Bonn oder volle Stunde bis Mainz/Wiesbaden.

Berufe: Landwirtschaft, KFZ Werkstätten, Altenpflege, da die Dörfer aussterben.

Letzteres trifft mich jetzt auch, wo ich um Tipps frage: 65 Jahre und in Haus allein wohnend - das Dach allein hat wahrscheinlich knapp 200 qm für parties. Garten 350 qm für Bewirtschaftung.

Letztes Jahr ne Odyssee in KKH-Aufenthalten ... als ich zurück kam, war es ein Meer an Brennesseln.
Weder das Haus noch der Garten ist noch zu schaffen. Es gibt hier in der Region viele Häuser, die genauso aussehen.

Heute bekomme ich mal wieder nen Brief, dass die Regenrinne voller Unkraut ist - Blödsinn, wobei ich mit den Nachbarn ziemlich gut klar komme. Sie tolerieren mich - immerhin bin ich ruhig, mach keinen Ärger - aber eben die Regenrinne... LOL.

Würde die Leute hier im Dorf aber dennoch als ziemlich tolerant ansehen.

Jedenfalls muss ich hier weg. Auf Pepper-Papers (oder wie das heisst) werden einige Fallen aufgezeigt, wennste vermietest. Vielleicht #Niessbrauch - wo ich dann immer mal wieder mich in nem kleinen Raum einquartiere, wenn mir danach ist ? (Dann aber die Frage, ob ich die Kosten alle alleine stemme - eher nicht...irgendwas fifty-fifty....)

Ich war auf der Ukraine-Liste (natürlich auch eigennützig gedacht, dass sie mir was helfen - aber bestimmte Leute haben mich anscheinend gecancelt...)

Habt Ihr Ideen ?
Transition - alternative Bewirtschaftung wahrscheinlich zu klein ?
MigrantInnen ?
Gay-Farmers ?
Obdachlosen-Inis ?

Ich bin in RLP vor 20 Jahren berufsmässig gestrandet, sollte aber aus gesundheitlichen Gründen wieder in eine grössere Stadt ziehen (vorzugsweise NRW)... Wenn die Mieten nicht so hoch wären... Vielleicht auch in ne #altersgerechte-Wohnung (wegen der Beine....)

Z.Z. sieht das hier verboten aus - normalerweise mach ich als Gastgeber in Sachen backbacker/couchsurfing.... aber z.Z. geht's nicht.

Was irgendwie alternative Lebensformen betrifft ist es in #RLP skurril auch ziemlich für die Katze... Im Hunsrück sind mehr Leute, die so als #Seniorenkommune n Höfe gepachtet haben...
Alternativen muss mensch hier wirklich suchen. Dagegen ist Bayern sozialistisch - grins...

Irgendwelche links oder Ideen ? Ich hab den Kasten samt Garten am Hals und will ihn loswerden - am besten, wenn andere was davon haben.
