On this date one year ago, July 13, 2024, Commander Mohammad al-Deif (Abu Khaled), the General Commander of the General Staff of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, rose to the highest heavens after a long journey of resistance and sacrifice. He was a symbol of steadfastness and concealment, and a figure that haunted the Zionist army and its leaders for decades. His name, and his noble legacy, continue to grow and strengthen in Gaza and throughout Palestine.
As we mark the first anniversary of the martyrdom of our brother and leader Abu Khaled al-Deif, the hearts of our people and our nation still beat with his name. They remember him as a silent fighter, a brilliant strategist, and a steadfast leader.
