@mos_8502 it's probably not profitable to keep them in production forever. I mean, there's a limited pool of buyers, and the maker needs to buy a bunch at once to keep prices low. So, it's smart to make exactly as much as you can sell in some short period of time, say six months. Gotta minimize inventory management costs, etc.

They're currently building Iron Domes in Europe and the US, which will likely be used to convince people they're at war with Russia/Iran.
