U.S. foreign assistance cuts and sanctions against the International Criminal Court are obstructing efforts to track and recover thousands of #UkrainianChildren taken by #Russian forces during the ongoing war, a senior European official warned on July 17, according to Politico.

Thordis Gylfadottir, an envoy of the Council of Europe, said the end of U.S. financial support to monitoring programs has complicated the search for more than 19,500 Ukrainian children who have been unlawfully #deported or #forcibly transferred to #Russia since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

According to Ukraine's official Bring Kids Back UA initiative, 19,546 children are confirmed abducted. Only 1,399 children have been brought back to Ukraine as of July 2025.

I watched this in its entirety: she’s pretty funny and amusing while presenting a serious subject. The baby face trend might stem from this current anime with cartooned young Asian girls portrayed with enormous breasts and young facial features. This is awful how body dysmorphia is creating industry to disfigure these young women. You’d think these influencers could use digital video AI filters to project themselves on social media and not harm themselves. This is horrible.

"Día de Enero" is one of my most heartfelt romantic ballads, combining gentle Latin pop rhythms with folk influences.
