Internet search question:
A number of people I follow on Mastodon, including some high profile ones like @pluralistic , recommend Kagi as a search engine. Most of these same folks are not keen on #AI.
But Kagi builds AI right in, I don't even know if it can be turned off. What am I missing?
"Generative AI on the other hand can automatically process and analyze information to answer questions like the one above, thus giving users exactly what they want."
#kagi

I did a search on your name and the results were really, really good - vastly superior to Google and DuckDuckGo. Apparently your drycleaning is ready to be picked up, haha.
Seriously, though, that is the best search engine I've seen in some time. Fast and relevant, no ads or 'promoted' crap.
