LONDON (AP) — Twenty-five countries including #Britain, #France and a host of #European nations issued a joint statement on Monday that puts more pressure on #Israel, saying the war in #Gaza “must end now” and Israel must comply with international law.

The foreign ministers of countries including #Australia, #Canada and #Japan said “the suffering of civilians in Gaza has reached new depths.” They condemned “the drip feeding of aid and the inhumane killing of civilians, including children, seeking to meet their most basic needs of water and food.”

The statement described as “horrifying” the deaths of over 800 #Palestinians who were seeking aid...

VS Achuthanandan, politician who pushed for Linux adoption in India, passed away today

India has one of the highest rates of (desktop) Linux usages in the world - hovering around 10% according to StatCounter. Why is this? One reason is concerns over software controlled by foreign countries - particularly the US and China. But another is cost.

The first major boost for Linux and other free software in India came in 2006, when VS Achuthanandan - who passed away today - was elected Chief Minister of the state of Kerala. His government came up with a policy to shift all government computers to free software, starting with schools and colleges.

When the financial benefits became apparent, other states and the Union government followed suit.

Eh bien dites donc, voilà la vidéo d’un gars qui est manifestement français et qui dirige une association. Quand on l’écoute, c’est infractions pénales à tous les étages.

Comment dites-vous ? Vous ne vous rappelez pas ce que raconte la loi française ? On ne vous l’a pas appris à l’ENM ? C’est bizarre, parce que quand il s’est agi de poursuivre « l’apologie du terrorisme » après le 7 octobre, vous avez déployé un zèle admirable.

Alors comme j’ai bon cœur, je vais vous rappeler l’article 211-2 du Code pénal : « La provocation publique et directe, par tous moyens, à commettre un génocide est punie de la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité si cette provocation a été suivie d'effet. Si la provocation n'a pas été suivie d'effet, les faits sont punis de sept ans d'emprisonnement et de 100 000 € d'amende. »

Ça mériterait peut-être une petite enquête préliminaire ? Parce qu’il s’agit quand même d’un crime justiciable de la Cour d’assises.

Et puis il y a l’article 24 Loi du 29 juillet 1881 : « Seront punis de la même peine ceux qui, par l'un des moyens énoncés en l'article 23, auront fait l'apologie des crimes visés au premier alinéa, des crimes de guerre, des crimes contre l'humanité ». Et celui-là vous ne pouvez pas dire que vous ne connaissez pas, vous l’avez utilisé plus de 600 fois après le 7 octobre pour exécuter les ordres de Dupond-Moretti.

Bon, malheureusement mon mauvais esprit reprend le dessus, et j’ai la conviction que vous ne bougerez pas.

Lorsque la tragédie aura pris fin, que sera enfin terminé le massacre que tout le monde aura vu, viendra le temps où on demandera des comptes d’abord à ceux qui auront commis des crimes bien sûr, mais aussi à ceux qui ont laissé faire en regardant ailleurs.

Mais peut-être avez-vous raison, une solide bonne conscience doit permettre de supporter le déshonneur. Et l’amour-propre est une affaire personnelle.

Working-class participants in my focus groups associated social democratic parties with the LGBTQ+ agenda, the sexualisation of children, openness to migrants, and efforts to undermine state sovereignty. Instead of consuming traditional media, they get their news from niche groups on social media platforms. These voters are proud of their anti-establishment stance, and see themselves as engaged in a fight for their livelihoods and access to “objective” information.

Μουριάδη. Γιατί ενώ η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των συμβούλων της Διοίκησης του Δήμου τάχθηκαν καθαρά και χωρίς αστερίσκους κατά του έργου, όπως άλλωστε και η μείζων και η ελάσσων αντιπολίτευση ο Δήμαρχος εισηγήθηκε αντί απόφασης ένα ψήφισμα στο οποίο ενώ τοποθετείται αρνητικά απέναντι στην υλοποίηση του «βρώμικου» έργου, την ίδια στιγμή κλείνει το μάτι στην Energean εκλιπαρώντας κάποιες εγγυήσεις – προϋποθέσεις από το κράτος. Κάτι σαν να πατάει «σε δύο βάρκες» δηλαδή, παρόλο που η συνέχεια από μια τέτοια στάση είναι γνωστή σε όλους. Αυτές οι εγγυήσεις είναι προσχηματικές, ενδεχομένως το «φύλλο συκής» του Δήμου, για να κρύψει την ατολμία του να συναντηθεί με την κοινωνική πλειοψηφία και να ενώσει την φωνή του με το πάνδημο ΟΧΙ, ή αλλιώς για να βάλει πλάτη στη σωτηρία μιας παραπαίουσας εταιρείας δίνοντας της το φιλί της ζωής με την υλοποίηση του έργου.

Το καλοκαίρι στις πολλές ζέστες, με ανεμιστήρα είμαι οκ, πέρισυ το καλοκαιρι πρέπει να το άναψα 2 φορές συνολικά, φέτος καμία ακόμα (δεν έχει βάλει ζέστη!)
