The crust is perfect New York style and they use cupping pepperonis and real Italian sausage cooked down fresh...not those frozen balls of Italian sausage. And the homemade meatballs, OMG!
They also use high quality cheeses.
The sauce is cooked on the premises with spices added to what is probably a good base sauce coming out of a #10 can. They add the perfect amount of red pepper so that after youve eaten 2 slices you can feel a warmth in your mouth from the red pepper. Basil, garlic and oregano.
Perfection.
