The fixed dentures aren't as expensive as immediates were but they are still costly & not covered by my pharmacare. I am a disabled death doula/death care aide, working on independent contracts basis & have no additional health insurance coverage. I was slowly saving up for fixed dentures but had to use the $260 saved for unexpected medical costs for me & Mom's recent downturns in health last month.
