lmao...I love antagonizing racist, homophobic, ableist asshats. You come at me, I won't just stand by...I'll hurt your little feelings to the point you go crying to mommy or wish you'd not been born. These jackasses are pathetic. Blocked most, but have left one turd unblocked for a minute in the event he actually wants to understand how blind people can use tech, instead of being a mental midget and assuming those of us coming at his little boyfriends aren't really blind. What tools.

I shit you not: I have friends and family who still think it is an affront to their existence that I drive an EV as a primary vehicle.
Yes, they are still my friends. I am a patient person at times.
This position of indignance of a faux demand that they too must possess an EV because I own, drive, and talk about mine, is so peculiar to me.
To be fair, never not the asshole in my own story, I ask what things are in a demeaning way, such as, "oil changes", "getting gas" and the like. LOL

As a science experiment, we are going to take the honey from the pesticide-killed beehive we have, and send it into testing at Cornell (which has a testing lab for honey). See what's in there. $150 or so, but it's a science experiment (and I can afford it).

If the results come back okay (neg or normal for pesticides), will bottle the honey. If not, will gasp in horror and dump it into the trash. (hate to waste the honey... but not going to let anyone get pesticide-laced honey).

"'In keeping with its historic commitment to a just and lasting peace in the Middle East, I have decided that France will recognise the State of Palestine,' Macron wrote.

"'I will solemnly announce this at the United Nations General Assembly in September this year,' he added.

"The move makes France the largest and arguably most influential country in Europe to move to recognise a Palestinian state, after European Union members Norway, Ireland and Spain indicated they would also begin the same process."

"Why Black people don't call the police."

And

"Why cops make the murder rate go up."

Part 1000.

Award winning musician GloRilla's house was burglarized by home invaders who knew she would be performing at a concert.

Police showed up and... searched her house for drugs...🤔

And charged her.🤡

The burglars knew that she wouldn't be home because her public performance schedule was well known. But they weren't expecting one of her relatives to be home, and heavily armed.😬 That relative wasn't going for the home invasion. He bucked back.

The would-be home invaders ran off. No one was shot.

The cops showed up and immediately started doing what cops do: not preventing any crimes, not solving any burglaries or home invasions, not investigating, but doing what they do best: putting drug charges on Black people.🤷🏿‍♂️

They searched her closet with drug dogs and found a stash of weed.

What was Martin Luther's great revelation? That the RCC was abusing its people? Pff, a mere trifle! Much of which was remediated in the counter reformation.

Now, Luther was a monk that had dedicated, and pursued righteousness every, single, day.

His revelation, the vortex that caused the protestant reformation to turn into such a wide reaching event, was not so mundane.

To put it concisely,

Men cannot become more righteous through their efforts. While, God can make a man righteous.

At Luther's confrontation with this revelation, he came to count all his efforts as a monk as dung.

In the rituals and traditions of the Church that he so vigorously practiced, was a darkness. A darkness that covered over and obscured the very thing he professed to believe. That Jesus brought good news into the world, which is what "the Gospel" means.

This good news, is that Jesus rose in victory. In his victory, Jesus gained the right to choose who ever he wanted from among the Earth for himself.

And so, he decided that, who ever wanted to give their life to him, he would be their king, and their God, and their life would be his.

Luther realized he was trying to give Jesus his good, his virtues, and deal with his sin, his evilness on his own. But, giving your life to Jesus, means giving him the good and the bad.

To put this another way, most everyone is trying to make something of their life, especially Christians who are trying to please God. But, the life that means the most, is the life Jesus makes into something.

Who rules my life? Am I my king? Am I responsible for making something of it? Or, is Jesus my king? Is he responsible for making something of it?

And, truly I tell you, that if Jesus isn't responsible for making something of your life, your life will not amount to much.

Great dishonesty or incompetance

Jesus words from the time of his alleged incarnation being born of a virgin to his alleged execution are recorded in the four gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John

Romans is a letter written by apostle Paul who claimed to be an eyewitness of Jesus after his alleged Ressurection who persecuted Christians before meeting Jesus, it does not contain an eyewitness account before his alleged Ressurection

Gypsy Fox fabricates a verse in Romans which is not at the chapter and verse number he said

In which Jesus before or during his arrest said something meaning I am not a child kidnapper

He claims Jesus kidnapped Children according to this verse he cites in Romans

Considering the time line of Romans or if you simply look up the text he quotes at the book chapter and verse number the quote he quotes simply is not there

Gypsy Fox cites Romans 14:51 to 14:53 to prove his point that Jesus kidnapped children but Romans 14 ends at verse 23 and no such verses exist

What Gypsy Fox said can easily be shown to be false

But many people who can not read or do not know how Bible chapters and verses are oeganised or are too lazy to look it up will believe him

Or maybe some people will pretend to believe him in order to perpetuate lies

(1/6) I'm aware this account is just a @pluralistic fan club at this point, but it's okay! This post gets at the heart of why we've stopped building good things. We're rewarding capitalists who cosplay as innovators.

Many of the advancements of yesteryear (TCP/IP, GPS) were the result of public research leading to commoditized developments that anyone could use or build on.

But capitalists don't commoditize or take the long bets needed for such developments to pay off.

(2/6) As Peter Thiel tells us, "competition is for losers." The goal is to capture value (create rents) by becoming too big to ignore and shaping the world around you.

This idea is the new "companies only exist to maximize shareholder value" of our time. It's horrendous and actually ensures companies provide little value to society. More people need to point this out. Silicon Valley has been open about their business model and is celebrated for it.
