Fellow gamers: The martial art Pak Mei (from the VERY good video game, Sifu) is just not for real-world fighting. It just isn't, yo.
As fellow martial artist and Youtuber Rantoni said: parts of Pak Mei are probably useful as *supplementary* techniques for pressure-tested arts such as some MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, etc, but like. . . Pak Mei is mostly floral.
Also: when punching, please use a FIST. Not a leopard fist, not a "crane's beak" — just a fist. Keep your fist tight or you'll hurt yourself. When palm striking, use the medial third of the palm, with a focus on your pisiform bone as the striking surface. When elbow- or knee-striking: use your elbows and knees.
Don't be weird. Use the right tools.
