I wish I knew what was happening to me sleep-wise.
In bed at exactly 9:00PM. Head hit the pillow.
Listened to an episode of Crowd Science from the BBC (30 mins).
Fell asleep (like I normally do) before the end of the episode.
Woke up EXACTLY at 10:09PM. 1 hour and 9 minutes later feeling quite refreshed and quite awake.
According to my sleep tracker I entered a deep sleep when I fell asleep.
And now, here it is, 11:00PM and I'm getting ready to drink a cup of herbal tea infused with 1mg of melatonin to go back to sleep.
This fucking sucks.
This whole waking up after 1 hour has been going on for over a year.

Doesn't even matter if the chance would be 0% that the other kid would have died. The fact that he pulled a knife on him does it.

In the old civilization, before the "deep deep thinkers" took over our society with their White hate education system. Thugs like these would be hanged.

Are we supposed to just keep taking it? We have become prisoners in our own nations. We can hardly go anywhere without risking getting attacked by imported scum.

You are running into the same problem I did and this is a way to solve it, goes day by day using Postgres directly

abort any active tasks you are doing and killall the postgres DELETE processes.

Change the instance name from mine to yours in the script then run it

Grove Crane Care: Key Parts for Preventative Maintenance

Grove cranes are built for tough jobs, but they need consistent care to stay reliable. Here's how to focus on the parts that matter—and why a trusted crane parts supplier is essential.

Cranes don't break down without warning. They show signs—unusual noises, sluggish performance, or extra vibrations. Overlook these clues, and you risk a failure that can stop your job site dead. Downtime like that can cost thousands every day.

Preventative maintenance keeps you ahead of the curve. It's straightforward: follow a schedule, replace parts before they fail, and keep Grove crane parts like kits, filters, and wear items ready. The benefits are clear: fewer repairs, less downtime, and a crane that runs smoothly.

Grove cranes are built for tough jobs, but they need consistent care to stay reliable. Here's how to focus on the parts that matter—and why a trusted crane parts supplier is essential.

Why You Can't Ignore Maintenance

A crane breakdown can disrupt an entire project. A clogged filter, a worn seal, or a bad bearing can halt operations, leaving crews idle and schedules in disarray. The costs pile up quickly.

Most failures are preventable. They often start with small oversights—filters not changed, hoses not checked, or seals left to wear out. Preventative maintenance catches these issues before they escalate.

To do it effectively, you need the right Grove crane parts and a supplier who delivers reliably.

Service Kits: Simplifying Upkeep

Grove service kits make maintenance easy. Designed for specific intervals—250, 500, or 1000 hours—these kits include everything you need: filters, seals, gaskets, and more. They ensure you're using Grove-approved parts without the hassle of sourcing them individually.

Kits also promote consistency. For teams with multiple cranes or different maintainers, they ensure every machine gets the same care at the right intervals.

Availability is crucial. A dependable crane parts supplier tracks your maintenance needs, keeps kits in stock, and can automate reordering to fit your schedule. This saves time and keeps your cranes running smoothly.

Filters: Protecting Vital Systems

Filters are small but critical. They keep dirt, debris, and contaminants out of your crane's systems, preventing damage to key components. For Grove cranes, three types are essential:

  • Hydraulic filters: Clean fluid protects pumps and valves from wear. Stick to the replacement schedule to avoid costly damage.
  • Fuel filters: These shield the fuel system from water, rust, and grit. Bad fuel can stop a diesel crane in its tracks.
  • Air filters: Dusty sites clog these quickly, reducing engine performance. Replace them before issues arise.

Neglecting filters can lead to hidden damage that shows up later. Use OEM or high-quality filters and keep spares on hand. A cheap filter can cause more harm than good.

Wear Parts: Replace Before They Fail

Some Grove crane parts are designed to wear out, protecting more critical systems. Seals, pads, hoses, and bushings absorb stress, but they need regular replacement to stay effective.

Waiting for a part to fail is a gamble. A worn boom pad can cause uneven operation, stressing the crane's structure. A cracked hose can burst, spilling fluid and halting work.

Track wear and replace parts proactively. For older cranes, inspect wear items every few hundred hours. Common Grove wear parts include:

  • Boom wear pads
  • Swing bearing seals
  • Hydraulic hoses and fittings
  • Brake pads
  • Stabilizer wear plates
  • Cable sheaves

Keep spares in stock. The cost of extra parts is minimal compared to a delayed job site.

Choosing a Crane Parts Supplier

A great crane parts supplier does more than ship parts—they help you stay proactive. Look for one who:

  • Knows your Grove crane model thoroughly
  • Tracks frequently changing part numbers
  • Recommends kits based on your usage
  • Maintains a strong inventory
  • Delivers quickly when time is critical

Responsiveness is key. When a crane is down, you need a supplier who acts fast, not one who leaves you waiting.

If your supplier isn't proactive, find one who is. The right partner keeps your cranes operational.

Stay Ahead of Issues

Crane failures are predictable if you pay attention. Filters clog, parts wear, and maintenance schedules are designed to catch these issues early. Companies that avoid downtime plan ahead and act before problems grow.

Stock Grove crane parts like service kits, filters, and wear items. Partner with a crane parts supplier who supports your needs. Grove cranes are built for heavy lifting, but they need regular care to perform.

Don't wait for a breakdown. Stay proactive, and your cranes will keep your projects moving forward.

Three things that are super controversial that no one says but are pivotal to understand. Even though there are very occasional exceptions (and upsets) to these, they are almost always true, and have been true, and they're ok:

1. There is always Oligarchy
2. Money is always debt
3. Geographic regions always have a prevalent ethnic makeup

Ppl really dislike those things and are the core of much suffering and struggle.

Here's another thought. A lot of folks are worried about the statute of limitations running out on the Russia Russia conspiracy. Several players were going to be subpoenaed to testify. If they lie, that furthers the conspiracy and extends the statute of limitations. Also, if the Mar-a-Lago raid was part of the conspiracy, the statute of limitations is still out there a ways.

I know a lot of us MAGA folks are upset Trump wants to move on from Epstein, but what if...

What if he has damaging info on lots of political and business leaders. He did say, "We caught them all." What if he's using that info to hammer out these great trade deals? What if "move on" is only temporary? As much as he's gone through, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt there's a good reason behind his thinking—and it's not because there's damaging info about him in the files.

Just a thought.

Anyone complicit in not televising the list should die, obviously. But if we ever get stronger than a nuke, everything wearing a suit in DC is going to be ripped in half regardless.

"Ghislaine and Trump are friends" is the only talking point we need. A list is a useless fight now because we already have a majority share in public opinion minus the LGBP. It will be useless over the rainbow because killing undesirables is just plain desirable for everyone that remains.

Grandbo the Walmart Greeter still likes Trump, but can he still swing an axe?

A study showing Jews support something more if they are told it harms whites

in reply to shortstories

One thing I have noticed about Jews speaking to other Jews at places like Twitter is, Jews overwelmingly hate Whites. The Jews that tell outspoken fellow Jews who tout the 'White Genocide' agenda to shut up, seems to have little to do with a disagreement of the premise, but rather a fear that Whites will begin to notice this pattern if Jews are too loud about it, roll up their sleeves in mass and do harm to Jews to end this agenda. It has nothing to do with liking Whites, or not wanting to witness our genocide. This has been very eye opening that Jews are an existential threat to White people and must be treated as hostile to our survival. Our future literally depends on it.
