3 Problem discovered with some pkg within the past two months that breaks the shell for Intel v1 machines (core2duo and possibly some atom x64)
1 The once in 6 months upgrade of build tools of the past seems to have been replaced with monthly rebuilds. This reflects some problems caused most likely with gcc15 and glibc new major edition. We have opted to stay back to gcc14 while this turmoil continues but we attempted our own rebuild of tools.
2 So all other upgrades have been placed on hold, including mesa and labwc 0.9.1 (you can attempt on your own if you like).
3 We suspect kbd but once step 1 is finished there will be a sweep of rebuilds, by some mistake a package was built under -O3 which makes v1 machines break. We apologize for causing a breakage and we will do our best to provide a fix. Unfortunately when we do upgrading has to be done by a secondary installation through pacman -r /mnt to the broken system. Unfortunately when it happens it is nearly impossible to detect the pkg causing it as root tasks are failing.

We have another upcoming problem: gtk3 is dependent on tinysparql which is dependent on avahi which is now dependent on systemd-libs. Ouch! I assume that avahi can be compiled without systemd-libs but I leave that to the experts!

I did some rebuilding and testing yesterday, but the more I think about it the system works while being root unless you invoke sudo or doas, where the error comes. So it has to be shadow or pam related? If you run pacman as root it works fine, if you run sudo pacman even as root you get an error.
I will rebuild those two and try them later, meanwhile I am struggling with openssl that is progressively taking more and more time to do, don't try it on a laptop on all cores, you'll fry it.
I've mostly caught up to joborun's new builds. Old laptop, newer laptop, server and jobbot chroot all updated and working perfectly. The fontconfig package may be the last package that triggers the CPU ISA error. I did hold back a few packages from the old laptop that I was having trouble with, sudo and pacman come to mind. All the compiling is now done solely on the server and then rsynced to the two laptops. For some reason, I have got to building openssl yet. You go first!

Hold your horses! Upon reboot, it fails to boot with a CPU ISA error. I got cocky and failed to the mandatory reboot test. I think I only have 20-30 packages to test. You've rebuilt almost everything that triggered the ISA "error." The last culprit was findutils which was probably caused by its gettext dependency.

Keep in mind, that map refers only to the common passport. Any country where they have an *embassy* has granted authorization for one or a handful of specific diplomatic passports to be recognized, because that's what a diplomatic mission is.
You will note that certain more powerful countries do not grant them official status, so they go through the ordinary immigration process using their "normal" (not SMOM) passport and subject themselves to the country's laws without the benefit of diplomatic protection...
