I hate that LLMs are taking away my own right to idiosyncratic writing. I use em-dashes. I use semicolons. I use triads. Like, I write a lot, and when you consume a lot of writing, and gain a genuine love of it â of punctuation, of the subliminal effectiveness of certain techniques â you start to use them innately. And now everyone is recognizing some of these traits of effective writing to actually be traits of #AI. I guess the only bits of distinctiveness I still have left from machines are my very short sentences and my unnecessary cursing:

Haaretz: death of a 40-year-old prisoner from Gaza has been revealed following his fall while handcuffed from a significant height at a Shabak (Israeli Security Agency) facility.
The incident occurred in January 2024, and his body was transferred without any identifying information, resulting in his registration as "unidentified."
The investigation claimed that he fell from height while attempting to escape from the facility.
