Hohner #harmonica. It might be a "Little Lady," it might be a "Mini." It has features of both. Lanyard and reed plates match the Little Lady, but it doesn't say "Little Lady" on either cover plate. I suspect they may have run out of that part and just used the side that says "Hohner" twice.
Anyway, it's an oddball -- unlike every other tiny harmonica I've seen, it's not in the key of C, but the key of A. I can't find anything online about Hohner making these things in unusual keys. It's not like there's any reason a professional harmonica player would want one of each in all keys...
Someday, I'd like to find the similar, off-brand "Pee-Wee" harmonica, after which Paul Rubens named his character.

I’ve found that people telling you how smart they are is a red flag.
They are either midwits, egomaniacs, or liars or interesting combinations thereof.
Interestingly those who also call people they are upset with dumb… are typically not very bright (at least a deviation below average).
Don’t blame me, I’m just the observer here.
I do struggle with figuring out how to make sure my kids go into adulthood with their eyes open while at the same time not disrupting their childhood.
I’m not sure how to structure the story (as I understand it) in a way that is logical, understandable, concise and easily conveyed.

Its really very sneaky shit what <whoever THEY are who did this> are doing, but the intent is crystal clear:
The reality is any changes made to congress.gov are mostly symbolic. The version of the Constitution published there -- even by the Library of Congress -- isn't the official Constitution. That's still a paper document and that's held at The National Archives.
But it doesn't look good that's for sure, and is symbolic of this regime's continued gas lighting of the American public.
When we (the US) gets out of this quagmire (and we will eventually get out of it) I think of the biggest changes to come will be such a huge scaling back in the powers of the Executive Branch. That branch of Government is going to be neutered to prevent all this mess from happening again.
