If you were an honest renter and the landlord wanted to kick you out IMMEDIATELY, it'd be reasonable to have some kind of rights - like not to be kicked out one morning at 8AM with no notice or reason.
But these are not honest renters, the paperwork is self-evidently forged, and if the police take that seriously, then they should at least give the same due process to someone who insists that they're a sovereign citizen who is not subject to regulation.
