In 2008, I experienced a severe vaccine injury from the #Twinrix #jab and developed multiple autoimmune conditions as a result.

Over the next several years, I lost my hair twice having to shave my head, was in and out of hospital, underwent multiple surgeries and had years taken from my life and my children's lives, having a mother who could not care for them.

Desperate to heal and have my life back, I went down the proverbial rabbit hole, looking into vaccines. Upon doing my research, I learned, among other things, that every single vaccine lists every single autoimmune condition as a known side effect.

Shocked by what I learned because no doctor had ever warned me about the risks of vaccines, I began to share my research findings with the people in my life. I felt obligated to warn them. But most people reacted very strangely to my revelations.

I lost many friends and family over it, on socials and in real life. People couldn't accept that I was telling the truth, even though they could have done a little bit of research past the corrupt, pharma-owned govt propaganda on the internet and easily found out for themselves. For instance, they could have simply read the vaccine inserts.

But instead, they mocked me, tried to silence me, wrote me letters about how I was wrong and they could no longer have me in their lives, openly trashed me to our mutual friends and family, to name a few things I had thrown at me. I was uninvited to family dinners and some of my best friends suddenly rejected me. This, of course, impacted my children and even my parents and siblings.

I became known as an antivaxxer and people didn't want their kids around mine because I stopped allowing my children to be injected with the ingredients I had learned were in vaccines.

I was gaslighted and refused medical treatments for declining vaccines, and told that me and my children should be sent to an island or kicked in the face. All this happened long before covid.

I don't need to tell you that covid was my previous experience multiplied by 1000. It brought the beast out in people who saw me as the enemy. I wasn't the enemy, I was a survivor trying to warn others.

Now the truth is coming out that everything I shared since 2010 about vaccines is true. I learned the hard way because I didn't question them until the twinrix shot destroyed my large intestine. After years of chronic pain and disability, I'm now living with a permanent ostomy.

Obviously not everyone is disabled by a vaccine but their toxins accumulate in our bodies so that repeated jabs bring us closer to potential tragedy. I'm not telling you this to make you hate me but because I really freaking care.

The truth is coming out, not just about the #covid jab but about all the jabs, which have been incidentally classified as "unavoidably unsafe" since 1986, yet constantly touted in the media and doctors offices as safe and effective. Pure lies. It makes me sick.

I hope that those of you who, at one time or another, have metaphorically spit in my face, remember how you treated me, and probably others too, when the full truth is revealed and you can't bury your head in the sand anymore. This is why you should never express an opinion unless you've researched something deeply AND have lived experience. It requires both to become fully informed.

I may lose a few more friends and family because of this post. If you are angry reading this, ask yourself why. You probably wouldn't mind me having a different opinion than you about other pharmaceuticals, but with jabs, you feel irrationally compelled to lash out at me.

Don't let vaccines be your religion. Our health and our children deserve for us to question everything. Blind faith in an institution that profits off our pain isn't science. It's religion. Or as some might say, it's a false idol.

Don't take my word for it. Do your research. Google Children's Health Defense and CDC whistleblower Dr. William Thompson. Read the vaccine inserts that are on the CDC website. Watch Vaxxed and read Dissolving Illusions.

And maybe, eventually, you will apologize to the people you hissed at. The ones who were telling the truth all along. Once you've gotten over your anger for being betrayed, then it is time for us all to heal, our bodies and our relationships. I'm not the enemy, I'm a friend who isn't afraid to be hated.

Human minds, robotic hands

Last July, a team of robots explored a simulated martian landscape in Germany, guided by an astronaut aboard the International Space Station. This was the final session of the Surface Avatar experiment, a joint initiative between ESA and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) to investigate how astronauts can remotely control robotic teams.

This latest session took place at the DLR site in Oberpfaffenhofen and introduced new levels of autonomy, decision-making and realism, bringing Europe one step closer to seamless human-robot collaboration in space exploration.

When I Say Russia Doesn't Care ...
Image/photo

When I say Russia doesn't care, here is a sign. Nadezhda Kadysheva. St. Petersburg a few days ago. She was supposed to be a backwater Russian folk singer. She is Russia's Dolly Parton now. Russian women dressing in Russian traditional garb and tens of thousands singing about love.

I am sure a bunch of cretins from neocon think-tanks can explain this ... nah, I am screwing with you. Per Kurtokova--she is a concentrated expression of Russian beauty. These are gigantic Russian hits today.

This is a horrific possibility.

But, if true, neither the IT fail nor the cover-up would surprise anybody with regular dealings with the court system.

Indeed, it is hardly now a 'system' - just constant improvisations in an under-funded process, not fit for purpose.

These fears aren’t new. During Israel’s occupation of southern Lebanon from 1978 until 2000, fishermen were routinely harassed. Occupation soldiers frequently invaded Lebanese waters and terrorized fishermen, destroying their nets, detaining them, and humiliating them with strip searches.

Occupying Gaza isn't just abhorrent because it will inevitably lead to the continuation of the genocide.

It's also plain stupid: in 2005, Israel withdrew from Gaza not as a goodwill gesture or for peace, as bad faith historians may claim, but because occupying the strip was financially unsustainable and a security nightmare for the occupying forces. There is 0 reason to assume a new Israeli occupation of Gaza would be different this time.

What Makes a Great Restaurant Website? Design Tips That Work

Your restaurant's website is often the first interaction a customer has with your brand, and it can decide whether they choose to dine with you. It's more than a digital presence — it's a tool to attract and convert visitors.

Your restaurant's website is often the first interaction a customer has with your brand, and it can decide whether they choose to dine with you. It's more than a digital presence — it's a tool to attract and convert visitors. A skilled website designer or web design agency can craft a site that's both visually appealing and highly functional, ensuring it drives business to your door.

Show the food, not just the logo

Customers visit your site to see what's on the menu, not to browse generic images or logos. High-quality, authentic photos of your dishes are critical. A website designer can optimize these images to load quickly while showcasing your food in an appetizing way, giving customers a clear idea of what to expect.

Make the menu easy to read

A menu buried in a PDF or scattered across multiple pages frustrates users, especially on mobile. A clean, scrollable menu integrated into the site is the best solution. A web design agency can create a system that lets you update items or prices easily, keeping your menu current without needing technical expertise. PDFs are fine for printing, but they shouldn't be the only option.

Make contact and booking effortless

Too many restaurant websites hide contact details or use broken booking systems. Your phone number should be prominent on every page, your address should link to a map, and any booking option must work seamlessly on mobile. A website designer ensures these features are intuitive and always accessible, making it easy for customers to connect.

Keep it mobile-first

Most visitors browse your site on their phones, often while on the move. A mobile-first design prioritizes small screens with simple navigation and tappable buttons. A web design agency tests your site across devices to ensure it's fast and user-friendly, capturing those spur-of-the-moment diners.

Tell your story in a few words

A brief story about what makes your restaurant unique — like your local ingredients or family recipes — builds a connection. Keep it short and place it where it enhances the experience without overshadowing key features. A website designer can weave this narrative into the design seamlessly.

Don't ignore speed

A slow website drives customers away before they see your menu. Optimized images, reliable hosting, and clean code are essential for speed. A web design agency handles these technical details, ensuring your site loads quickly and keeps visitors engaged.

Keep it updated

An outdated site with old menus or promotions signals neglect. A website designer can include tools for easy updates, allowing you to keep content fresh without hassle. This reassures customers your restaurant is active and welcoming.

Make it easy to order online

If you offer delivery or pickup, the ordering process should be clear and mobile-friendly. Whether using a third-party platform or a custom system, it needs to be intuitive. A website designer ensures ordering feels like a natural part of your site's experience.

Use design that matches your brand

Your website should reflect your restaurant's personality, whether it's a cozy bistro or a modern gastropub. A web design agency crafts colors, fonts, and layouts to match your vibe, creating a digital space that feels like your dining room.

Focus on the basics first

Avoid flashy extras like animations until the essentials — menu, photos, contact info, and speed — are perfect. A website designer prioritizes these core elements to ensure your site drives business effectively.

The takeaway

A great restaurant website is clear, fast, and customer-focused, showcasing your food and simplifying connections. Partnering with a Singapore website designer or web design agency ensures your site is as inviting as your restaurant, turning online visitors into loyal diners.

It's an indisputable fact that if you put an offer on the table to first fully implement already existing ICJ rulings and UN resolutions as a baseline, and then negotiate on the open questions that remain, Palestinians, including their ‘extremists', would agree without hesitation, and Israel would categorically refuse, including its 'liberal' political wing.

That asymmetry alone tells you absolutely everything there is to know about which side is to blame for the absence of a negotiated solution by now.
