Cette semaine, c'était vacances à CenterParcs avec mon frère. Points négatifs : on devait avoir un logement PMR et au dernier moment ils nous l'ont changé pour un logement classique sans nous prévenir 🫠 Le CenterParcs où on va est très vallonné et c'est une tannée de circuler quand on est PMR ou qu'on a des enfants. Résultat : on utilise beaucoup la voiture. Points positifs : il y a une quantité de chaises très importante dans l'aquamondo donc on n'est pas obligé de quémander une place assise quand on est PMR. La pizzeria comporte un espace enfants pour les faire patienter pendant le repas : repas mille fois plus serein et agréable pour tout le monde.
Haut de bruyère en Sologne. Pas d'ascenseur pour aller à l'aquamondo, juste une longue rampe en spirale. Mais heureusement j'aurais le handbike pour la motorisation. @justinerickson Well, I agree with all you wrote but I do believe it is the government forcing companies, when they get to a certain scale, to bend the knee to the government otherwise, they will write laws that favor his competition while hamstringing him. This is what compels corporations to "become corrupt". It is the "silver or lead" conundrum. The prime example of this is the Twitter Files when government agents were planted in Twitter for political ends; using private companies.

I edited the new debian.sources file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d according to debian instructions, started to upgrade and successfuly upgraded to 13.0, at least core debian (can use mpv, vlc, thunar, libreoffice...)
Problem is, this notebook with debian 13.0 doesnt have a working network manager and there are still 900 packages that need upgrading.
The command I entered in the terminal: sudo systemctl status NetworkManager.service returns: unit NetworkManager.service could not be found.
I have an android phone I thought I could use as a network hotspot or maybe tether, but debian 13.0 doesnt recognize it, so I really dont know what to do
Lan cable didnt work either.
Help appreciated

Yeah for like a normal update youd do just upgrade but for a full version upgrade you should be running full-upgrade. It gets rid of conflicts, and goes deeper than the normal upgrade. Just for future reference.

I think they vote left because the left tend to pay lip service to immigrants, however your typical Muslim for instance is generally very conservative, so his opinions don't match those of parties they're voting for.
@Carter Braxton no they generally vote for the party who sides with them, but their actual beliefs are completely at odd with leftist standard ideology : they're against sex equality, they're pretty strongly homophobic, they're strongly adept of free market capitalism. All in all, they vote for the parties that will defend them in a purely clientelist way, while strongly disagreeing with many of their tenets (sex equality, strong cultural tolerance and socialism in particular). If the AFD, RN etc weren't racist and actively dissing them, they'd probably be much more at home with them.
