Everyone at my job detested having to go for our annual physical which also included watching videos from the 80's that had nothing to do with our job. What if "participation" in this stuff becomes non-optional? Or, you know, compliance is done Microsoft-style, where they make a "reasonable" effort to obey the letter of the law unless there's a good business reason not to? Or your employer requires you use the interface?

Ultimately, I wonder if the economic incentive is actually in helping people who otherwise have difficulties to communicate, or in human/machine interfaces and human communication that could benefit from not requiring body movements or spoken words because it's quiet and invisible, and could be triggered faster. That is: military stuff.

Been trying to get some of my android devices to output to HDMI only to find out all the manufacturers decided to cheap out and the USB-C port is actually USB 2.0 and the USB standard is a horrible mess and everything is fucked. Going back to using an abacus instead.
@mitchconner Everything would be so much better if these hunks of metal and plastic just had a dedicated DP or HDMI output port even my cheap retro handheld has it and it's like a million times less powerful than any of my android slabs.
