Imagina vender un piso de 100.000€ y ganar 862€ (menos, porque ahí va el IVA). Y que la empresa gane 11.000€.
O nada, si dos días antes de la escritura te echan.
"Es que ofrecemos un montón de servicios extra al propietario" dicen. Servicios que cifran todos en 1000€ cada uno. ¿Vaciado de enseres? 1000€ ¿Limpieza? 1000€ ¿Las fotos? 1000€ ¿Un vídeo? Otros 1000€. Y así todo
Imagina poner "acompañamiento a notaría" como "servicio incluido" y pretender cobrárselo al cliente si este rompe el contrato contigo...¡Antes de que se haya escriturado nada!
A todo esto... todo lo argumentan en los servicios que dan al propietario pero le cobran lo mismo al comprador. Ahí el argumento es "el mercado es el que es, si quieren comprar el piso, que paguen".
Por cierto, propietarios, el dinero que un comprador paga a la agencia es dinero que deja de gastarse en tu piso.
