J'ai découvert au détour d'un podcast #polya récemment que l'#amour peut se décrire sous trois formes:

- Éros, c'est l'amour passionnel. Le plus connu, qui se nourrit du manque, d'un besoin affectif non comblé. Une forme d'amour centré sur soi. Cet Éros a tendance à se tarir dès lors que les besoins sont comblés. (C'est l'amour selon Platon)

- Agapé, l'amour à l'inverse centré sur l'autre. Presque un amour inconditionnel, divin. Celui qui est la source de #compersion : il se nourrit du bonheur et du bien-être de l'être aimé·e. Parfois au détriment du soi
(C'est plutôt l'amour au sens de la charité chrétienne)

- Philia, où l'amour-amitié, ou l'amour-raison : c'est l'amour de ce que nous avons déjà, de ce qui ne nous manque pas. Je t'aime signifie alors "je suis joyeux·se que tu existes".

pour moi l'amour passionnel n'a pas besoin d'être tout le temps présent.... Meme si j'aime bien qu'il soit présent régulièrement, comme il née du manque, il faut qu'il y ai ce manque.
C'est aussi ce que j'aime bien dans l'idée de la non cohabitation

L'amour centré sur l'autre pour moi c'est un peu une forme d'idéal, mais dans le sens aussi inaccessible... Meme si parfois je l'approche, il me semble quand même difficile.
C'est aussi celui qui se rapproche le plus de l'amour familiale, centré sur ceuxcelles qui en ont besoin, quitte à ignorer ses besoins ...
Perso ignorer mes besoins ça toujours été un truc difficile, parce que pas lié à l'amour mais plutôt a des peurs ... Puis n'ayant pas d'enfant et mes parents ne connaissant difficilement le concept de montrer son amour, c'est quelque chose qui m'échappe facilement
Mais J'ai beaucoup d'admiration pour les personnes qui arrivent a en avoir.

L'amour amitié a toujours eu beaucoup de place pour moi, plus que l'amour passionnel, c'est celui qui a toujours été plus en accord avec ma façon de concevoir le monde .. et qui compensé les autres formes d'amour quand elles étaient absentes.
Autant l'amitié ça été un truc que j'ai dû apprendre adulte... Autant cette forme elle a toujours beaucoup de place dans mes relations.
Celle qui fait que j'aime tout partager , être toujours là pour, beaucoup parler avec....

Et mon couple avec LeMari a toujours été principalement de l'amitié... Ce qui n'empêche pas le dimension sexuelle de s'épanouir, ou en tout cas je ne le vis pas comme ça (je dis ça car j'ai lu qu'Eros représenterait les relations charnelles, ce que l'amitié ne permettrait pas).
