@LittleTom full voice acting and more stuff in the scenarios as well as some apparent improvements from their later games. Only in nipponese now so we don't know all the details. I have only played the first two but they are master classes in horror games. Every chapter is a new jap ghost so you end up in a dungeon crawl finding information about the ghost and the horrific shit that happened in the ghosts life leading to this culminating in a "boss fight" that is a perfect mix of dreamlike video game logic and desperate dudes facing down a freakish nip hell monster. These guys make Wizardry clones so their experience with this terse but effective writing fits the genre well. A remake will be so far coming that honestly recommend just playing Death Mark 1 right now. It IS that good if you wanted the most perfectly atmospheric horror VN period.
