Only that there's a surplus of wares and currency, but a severe lack of purchasing power with most of the population.
In Communism, the lack of commodities is due to corruption, inefficiency and economic mismanagement inherent to Socialist planned economy.
In Capitalism, it comes about due to an exponetial concentration of capital wealth and purchasing (also political) power in very few hands due to compound interest and currency inflation. Leaving the vast majority of the people increasingly destitute.
