A U.S Navy sailor was convicted Wednesday of espionage after he sold Navy secrets to a Chinese intelligence officer, federal officials said.
Jinchao Wei, a 25-year-old who also goes by Patrick Wei, was found guilty of six crimes, including conspiracy to commit espionage, espionage, and unlawful export of, and conspiracy to export, technical data related to defense articles in violation of the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
He was found not guilty of one count of naturalization fraud.
Prosecutors said Wei used his position as a machinist’s mate on the amphibious assault ship USS Essex at Naval Base San Diego to feed information to a Chinese intelligence officer who recruited Wei on social media in February 2022. He held a U.S. security clearance and had access to sensitive national defense information, including the weapons on the Essex, prosecutors said.

A New Cold War against China is against the interests of humanity
We note the increasingly aggressive statements and actions being taken by the US government in regard to China. These constitute a threat to world peace and are an obstacle to humanity successfully dealing with extremely serious common issues which confront it such as climate change, control of pandemics, racist discrimination and economic development.
We therefore believe that any New Cold War would run entirely counter to the interests of humanity. Instead we stand in favour of maximum global cooperation in order to tackle the enormous challenges we face as a species.
We therefore call upon the US to step back from this threat of a Cold War and also from other dangerous threats to world peace it is engaged in including: withdrawal from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces agreement; withdrawal from the Paris Climate Change Accords; and its increasing disengagement from UN bodies. The US should also stop pressuring other countries to adopt such dangerous positions.
We support China and the US basing their relations on mutual dialogue and centring on the common issues which unite humanity.

A walk through the Museum of the War of Chinese People’s Resistance against Japanese Aggression in Beijing makes one despise war and everything about militarism. The museum is not far from the Marco Polo (or Lugou) Bridge, where the Chinese people began their war to liberate their country from the Japanese occupation in the north. The most striking parts of the museum are those that demonstrate the ugly violence of Japanese militarism, such as the Nanjing Massacre (1937–1938); the horrendous biological and chemical warfare and unspeakable human experimentation conducted by Unit 731 in the northeastern city of Harbin (1936–1945); and the prisons for ianfu (‘comfort women’) that the Japanese military established to hold sex slaves for their soldiers.
As you wander through the museum, it becomes clear that millions of Chinese civilians died in what was the longest part of World War II: a war between the Japanese militarists and the Chinese people that lasted from 1937 to 1945. The numbers are stunning: at least twenty million Chinese civilians and soldiers were killed, eighty million people were made refugees, thirty percent of the infrastructure in the Pearl River delta near Canton was destroyed, more than half of Shanghai was demolished, and eighty percent of China’s capital Nanjing was reduced to rubble. The Japanese Army’s Three Alls Policy (burn all, kill all, rob all) was genocidal in every aspect (in 1942, in a village in Hebei province, for instance, the Japanese Army pumped poisonous gas into a tunnel where eight hundred peasants were hiding, killing them all). The death toll during World War II continues to provoke debate and discussion. However, there is little dispute that the largest number of dead came from the Soviet Union (27 million – the current population of Australia) and from China (20 million – the current population of Chile). The Soviet numbers come from many sources, including the Extraordinary State Commission (ChGK), which was set up to investigate war crimes in 1942. The first of such tribunals was established in Krasnodar (North Caucasus) after the Red Army recaptured Nalchik from the Nazis on 4 January 1943. This tribunal found thousands of corpses of people killed by poison gas in an anti-tank ditch near the city. Two years earlier, in 1941, the Nazi high command had formulated what was known as the Hunger Plan to divert food from the Soviet Union, resulting in the death of 4.2 million Soviet citizens.

Mailcow installs on top of DockerCE but there is an install image on Hetzner that sets up Docker for you.
I'm paying 6 EUR/ month for 8 GB RAM, 4 CPU, and 80GB of storage but I'm also hosting 81 domains on my Mailcow instance.
You could EASILY get by with the 4GB RAM, 2 CPU, and 40GB of storage for 3.30 EUR/ month.
To put things into perspective, current uptime is over 41 days and here's my memory stats:

And that's with Tailscale, Cockpit, and Portainer all running as well.
Hetzner allows port 25 but you have to ask for it (nicely) to support but they haven't given me any trouble. I disable SSH and only use Cockpit to access my box and since neither Cockpit or Portainer are exposed to the Internet (and I only use Tailscale to access them) things are pretty secure.
I'm sure I could find one but I don't worry about stuff like that. Also my Mailcow server is hosted in Helsinki, FI. I'm in the process of moving everything out of Germany and over to Finland due to some of Germany's.... laws that I'm not comfortable with.
