Gegen die Bezahlkarte für Flüchtlinge sprechen ernstzunehmende grundsätzliche Bedenken sowie schwerwiegende Probleme bei der praktischen Umsetzung. Neben den Nachteilen für die Geflüchteten kommt auf die Kommunen ein beträchtlicher Verwaltungsaufwand und die Kosten für die Karten und technischen Geräte zu. Auch sind die Sozialämter bei Verlust oder Defekt der Bezahlkarte im jeweiligen Einzelfall gehalten, die Karte zu sperren und eine neue Karte auszugeben. Daraus kann sich eine Endlosschleife entwickeln.

Entscheidend ist für uns jedoch die eindeutige Verfassungswidrigkeit der Maßnahmen - auch aus unserem Eigeninteresse - denn wir wollen nicht irgendwann ebenfalls dazu gezwungen werden nur noch mit einer Karte bezahlen zu müssen. Geflüchtete Menschen sollen nun mit dieser Karte in ihrer Freiheit eingeschränkt werden, Verträge abzuschließen – egal ob Versicherungen, Telefonverträge, Online-Einkäufe oder das Deutschlandticket. Kein Bargeld oder eine Begrenzung des Barbetrags erschwert es den Betroffenen, in Geschäften oder auf Märkten einzukaufen, die keine (Debit-)Kartenzahlung bieten. Ihre Kinder werden diskriminiert, weil ihnen das Taschengeld für den Schulausflug oder die Schulkantine fehlt und von der Nutzung von Münzen für die Benutzung öffentlicher Toiletten sind sie alle ausgeschlossen. Über unsere auch nicht unwichtigen Datenschutzbedenken als Aktion Freiheit statt Angst e.V. wollen wir angesichts der genannten viel gravierenden Verletzungen ihrer Menschenwürde hier nicht auch noch reden.

Deshalb wollen wir alle Menschen ermutigen, sich ebenfalls gegenüber Ihrem Stadt-/Gemeinderat gegen die Einführung einer Bezahlkarte auszusprechen! Der Druck auf die kommunale Seite ist wichtig, weil diese sich mit dieser Unterstützung durch die Menschen vor Ort gegen ihren oben skizzierten Zusatzaufwand gegenüber der Landesregierung wehren kann.

Mein Gott! Tony, das sind keine guten Nachrichten. Das tut mir sehr sehr leid. Diese Masche, wie Baufirmen und die Besitzer mit Menschen umgehen, die auf ihre Wohnung angewiesen sind, das ist echter Missbrauch. Da sind doch mehrere Personen betroffen, außer dir doch! Könnt ihr euch bei jemandem beschweren? Bei Ordnungamt Beschwerden einreichen oder sonst sich zu wehren versuchen. Das geht doch so gar nicht!!!

Es gab bereits eine Reihe von schriftlichen Beschwerden und auch viele Treffen mit der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft (in der ich wohne), bei denen sich die Leute beschwert haben. Bis jetzt hat es leider nicht geholfen 🤬😓.
