Yeah, Kevin McKernan has found DNA levels from 7 to 450 times the arbitrary "allowable" level of it as a contaminant in the RNA.

Methods and reagents used by the pharma companies to "test" their product are such that they fail to detect the plasmids and random scraps of DNA. This is obviously deliberate, but if they are ever really called out in public, they will acknowledge it as a little oopsie, an "honest mistake".

Chess hasn’t been updated in almost 200 years and it’s obvious the devs have abandoned it. The greedy creators took your money and laughed all the way to the bank.

I remember back in 705 AD when chess was fun. Then they started adding stupid features no one wanted like “castling” and “en passant” instead of listening to player feedback and fixing game-breaking bugs. I’ve been complaining for years about the collision-detection glitch with the horsey. The ‘clipping-through-pieces’ bug has been abused to death and the lazy devs refuse to fix it.

Don’t support this awful behaviour and boycott this company.

Cannot speak for other schools in other countries (and I guess this question was targeted at colleges in USA), but I am currently studying Open informatics at Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech technical university in Prague and all the courses I have that are not mathematical, but require to use a computer do take into accoun t that you may not be using only Windows, but also MacOS or Linux. I haven't yet encounterered a software that we would be required to use and wouldn't work on Linux, nor did I have to go through any more hassle because I use Linux, but rather contrary to that. In some cases using Linux made things easier for me.
