Inspired by one of my favourite lyricists
(James Douglas Morrison)
Tide Drive -- with Muse of June..
Let’s slip
past the painted curb of sanity,
You - Dear Muse of June - and me—barefoot, brain-lit, lunar-dazed—
We’ll hitch a ride
on the tide,
rolling down Luna`s sweet boulevard.
No maps,
just whispers from the sea's cracked lips,
salt-tongue lullabies and the jazz of distant foghorns
blowing Miles into the mist,
a syncopation for drifters and dream-sick lovers
like us --
Searching for soulfood and aching for the unknown.
I saw the stars changed into fireworks -
flicked from a Goddess rooftop party,
and I thought—
this is it,
this is where we drive off the edge
and kiss the night with open eyes.
Let’s drive into the undertow,
Let the ocean drink us in—
not to drown us, baby, no—
To drift
where the dolfins are philosophers
and jellyfish hum sweet melodic sounds.
We’ll trade names with the wind,
make up stories to forget ourselves,
and leave behind
the clocks,
the rent,
the plastic breakfast conversations.
This is the heartbeat cruise,
The midnight escape -
Take the wheel, darling,
I’m blind - on stardust
and singing in a language only the tide remembers.
So let´s set sail
Now -
You, My Dear Muse of June -- and me
Lets sail to the moon - The Sweetness Luna -
Before the world awakes..

"The moment when the stars become fireworks is a revelation, the perfect moment to “kiss the night with open eyes” and dive into a world where dolphins are philosophers. It’s an escape from clocks and conventions, a “cruise to the rhythm of the heart.”
Ultimately, it’s a hymn to the imagination, inviting us to fly to the moon before the world wakes up. A powerful reminder of the beauty of surrender and freedom of the mind."
Wah! WoW! Beautiful Expression from the awesome poem @Tony Langmach penned/typed, put into words, his amazing "IMAGINATION!"
