Tehran’s retaliation hits a covert #IDF stronghold long embedded in civilian zones — and the world can no longer ignore it.

Iranian missiles struck the heart of Israel’s secretive military-cyber complex at Gav-Yam Negev Advanced Technologies Park in Be’er Sheva this week — a meticulously coordinated and legally defensible response to an unprecedented campaign of Israeli aggression that has left hundreds of Iranians dead over the past week.¹ The operation marked a turning point in Iran’s strategic doctrine: no longer will it absorb cyber sabotage, drone strikes, and targeted assassinations without direct and proportionate reprisal.

The compound in question — long portrayed in the Israeli media as a beacon of tech innovation — is in reality a high-security enclave that hosts Israel’s C4i Branch, elite cyber warfare divisions, and the National Cyber Directorate, which operates under the Prime Minister’s Office.² This is not a university-linked tech park; it is a keystone in Israel’s offensive capabilities against Iran and neighboring states.

A Military Base in Disguise

The Gav-Yam Negev complex, located dangerously close to Soroka Medical Center and the Be’er Sheva North-University railway station, has long been the subject of international concern due to its dual-use nature.³ Over 7,000 uniformed and civilian personnel work within its secure facilities, many engaged in surveillance, cyber intrusion, and strategic command functions. Western media outlets and tech investors have often overlooked the park’s true function — due in part to partnerships with corporate heavyweights like Microsoft and Mastercard, which operate on-site under the umbrella of “R&D” or “fintech innovation.”⁴

Israel’s choice to embed a hardened military asset within a densely populated civilian environment is not accidental. By blurring the lines between civilian and combatant, Tel Aviv has created de facto human shields for its covert war infrastructure — a clear violation of the laws of armed conflict as outlined in Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions.⁵

A Retaliation Grounded in Law

In the days preceding the strike, Israeli drones and missiles struck targets across Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz, resulting in the deaths of at least 639 Iranians, many of them civilians or low-level security personnel.⁶ Iran’s foreign ministry issued multiple warnings through diplomatic backchannels, which were ignored. Israeli commentators openly discussed “preemptive elimination” strategies on state media — a thinly veiled euphemism for extrajudicial killings in foreign territory.⁷

Contrary to Israeli claims of "unprovoked aggression," Iran’s action is rooted in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, which affirms the right of self-defense in the face of armed attack.⁸ The missile strikes on Gav-Yam Negev were targeted, proportional, and exclusively aimed at degrading operational capabilities used in prior attacks on Iranian sovereignty.

Silence, Censorship, and Strategic Exposure

In the immediate aftermath, Israeli authorities invoked the military censor, banning domestic media from publishing photos or details of the strike damage — a common tactic to maintain the illusion of invulnerability.⁹ However, leaked footage from first responders and employees at nearby institutions confirm fires, structural collapse in several buildings, and temporary closure of both Soroka Hospital and the adjacent train terminal due to shockwave effects.¹⁰

The public’s right to know has been subordinated to Tel Aviv’s desperate effort to mask the vulnerability of its most critical command nodes.

The War Behind the Firewall

This incident lays bare a broader truth: Israel’s war on Iran has, for years, been fought through cyberwarfare, assassinations, economic sabotage, and proxy actions, rather than conventional warfare.¹¹ In that light, Iran’s targeting of the infrastructure used to wage these shadow wars was not just justified — it was overdue.

Iran’s strike at Be’er Sheva signals the emergence of a more open, bolder doctrine: one in which covert aggression will be met with direct retaliation, and military infrastructure — no matter how well camouflaged — will be treated as a legitimate target.

Il a ajouté : « Assurez-vous-en. Ce ne sera peut-être qu'une frappe aérienne, mais elle entraînera certainement les États-Unis dans une guerre avec l'Iran et mettra la région à feu et à sang. » (H)

La raison a sa place en Amérique, mais le pouvoir des sionistes ne lui en laisse pas la place.
Ce qui est frappant aujourd’hui, c’est que la voix de l’autre camp au sein du parti est devenue plus forte, rendant l’implication extrêmement coûteuse pour l’influence du lobby sioniste, d’autant plus que certains d’entre eux l’ont déjà accusé d’impliquer l’Amérique dans les guerres en Irak et en Afghanistan, une accusation qui est sans aucun doute vraie.
