Total T was high, SHGB was high but my FREE T was on the lower side and according to my doctor the FREE T number is more important than your Total T because it’s the form of T that your body actually USES, as I understood it. SHGB is a protein that keeps T bound in the blood so the higher presence of that in your body, the less effective your body can utilize T. It’s an inverse relationship. You just gotta find what’s striking this
