The European Commission is setting up a scientific panel of independent experts to support the implementation and enforcement of the AI Act.
The panel will focus on general-purpose AI (GPAI) models and systems, advising the EU AI Office and national authorities on systemic risks, model classification, evaluation methodologies, and cross-border market surveillance. It will also alert the AI Office of emerging risks.
The Commission looking for 60 members for a renewable 24-month term.
Candidates should have expertise in GPAI models and systems, AI impacts, or related fields, such as model evaluation, risk assessment and mitigations, cybersecurity, emerging systemic risks, and compute measurements and thresholds. Experts must have a PhD or equivalent experience and remain independent of any AI provider.
The selection process will ensure gender balance and representation across EU Member States and EEA/EFTA countries. While *EU citizenship is not a requirement*, 80% of the experts must be from the EU or EFTA Member States.

The City of Munich employs around 100+ software developers with an Open Source First approach. And their people love it. The can work upstream, share without limits. Hold on a minute. I love the idea of Munich doing "open source" and all that. BUT! (And this is not Microsoft speaking.) The city DID in fact stop using "LiMux" which was what they had been growing and what replaced all the Microsoft shit before they bought their way back in. So it failed in the sense that plenty of people that were using LiMux, free software, and "open source" are today no longer using that but Microsoft shit. It's terrible, it's wrong, but it still DID happen.

that SHBG number is astronomically high and you gotta bring it down if you want your body to bind all that T to your tissues. Don’t know why your numbers are like that but there’s something more going on there.
I had similar numbers to yours a few years ago. Total T was high, SHGB was high but my FREE T was on the lower side and according to my doctor the FREE T number is more important than your Total T because it’s the form of T that your body actually USES, as I understood it. SHGB is a protein that keeps T bound in the blood so the higher presence of that in your body, the less effective your body can utilize T. It’s an inverse relationship. You just gotta find what’s striking this
imbalance. For me it was high cortisol but the cause might be different you. Best to figure this out with a doctor, I suppose! But I feel like I’m my mid 20s now…

Besides medical intervention there’s a supplement called “Boron” you can buy which supposedly lowers the SHBG and frees up that testosterone. There’s other stuff too but that’s the main thing people recommend for this issue. Maybe experiment with that until you find a new doctor…
