Klimasozialplan zu spät: Deutschland bringt 5,31 Milliarden Euro in Gefahr – die Grünen zeigen sich besorgt und warnen vor weitreichenden Konsequenzen.
Es geht hier um Förderungen in Höhe von bis zu 5,3 Mrd. €, die Deutschland von der EU erhalten könnte um "soziale Härte durch CO~2~-Bepreisung abzufedern". Aber anscheinend ist es der CDU nicht mal möglich sozial Schwache zu fördern, wenn es praktisch kostenlos wäre da das Geld nicht aus dem eigenen Haushalt kommt.
Das Problem ist die Dauerpropaganda gegen die Interessen der Wähler, in den letzten Jahren massiv durch soziale Medien vorangetrieben. Stichwort "manufactured consent".
Social media kann auch manufactured consent unterlaufen. Deswegen sind die Amis z.B. so rabiat gegen TikTok vorgegangen.
Problem ist natürlich, dass privatwirtschaftliche Plattformen den gleichen "Filter"funktionen unterliegen, wie klassische Medien. Andererseits kommen die Plattformen auch schnell an ihre Grenzen, weil nicht ein paar dutzend, sondern Millionen Menschen kontrolliert werden müssen, immer wieder neue Wege zum Umgehen der Zensur gefunden werden, und nicht zuletzt die Zensur stärker auffällt, als bei klassischen Medien, wo diese für Uninformierte unsichtbar bleibt.
Die Linke hat z.B. im letzten Wahlkampf durch gute Social Media Arbeit ihre Themen deutlich besser platzieren können, als es ihr ARD, ZDF & co. jemals gestattet hätten.
Das Problem damit ist, dass man bei sozialen Medien einfach Reichweite kaufen kann. Außerdem haben die Plattformen als Unternehmen ja selbst ein enormes Interesse daran, linkes Gedankengut zu unterdrücken. Klar kann es in Einzelfällen schon mal zugunsten linker Organisationen ausgehen, aber die Politik wird in den meisten westlichen Ländern trotzdem von rechten Parteien dominiert.
Die Verantwortung liegt aber bei den Wähler_innen, es nützt ja nix bei den reichen oder social Media betreibenden zu plädieren nicht konservative Propaganda zu machen

You can run commands on the command line to create your layouts for one or more desktop (tagged spaces), assign programs to appear on tagged spaces, and then run the programs. Put it all in a shell script and hlwm runs it when it starts.
I use xtoolwait for programs I want multiple windows on different desktops for, like terminals.
I have three monitors; one is a status window, and the other two are grouped together in 8 different tags. Mod4+9 focuses the status screen, Mod4+[1-8] switch the other two monitors in sync to the other workspaces. It's all set up when I log in, including the creation of several terminals each running tmux from sessions restored by trum-session. The only thing I have to do is enter a password to unlock my secrets so background processes can start doing their thing.

People should take more for to rent Venice. Tax is a different place to play with. Say in Germany tax is not the worst thing to keep things running. It"s that employes of say Aldi or Lidl pay for public health, while richer people - as everybody in administration tasks - does pay nothing at all. We do not have an NHS here. Refugees that finaly take residence in Germany are inside the health system that is paid by the lower incomes. Well, government now has started to do something against it - as that it pays more money from tax for the health system...
This has nothing to do with racist. It's fact here that even the lower rich do not pay that. We can not effort this. Basically people that come in here get some tax payed income. But the health system is not paid in half full by tax for this. Richer people do not pay for our wellcome. Nothing against the wellcome - but it has to be paid in a kind of equal. Also rich people do have to pay for that. And the people that do this parlament are always outside the "poor people" system if they do not act against it (you can be inside the causual system if you do not need to be - but nobody wants this).
Health system here is paid by existence. You have some estimated income (not by tax authority). So you have to pay health system even if you have no income. You are then in a basic system. That pays all basic people. But for example teacher - as governmental employe - are quickly out. Then there is a cut on income - if you have more, you do not need to pay more. That is for keeping people in this basic system. Otherwise everybody would leave it if possible. If you left the system, you pay only taxes (as everybody) for people that will even be forced into this basic system (they can not say, I do have a syrian or something health plan...)
People should pay tax as a percentage of their earnings. The vast majority of people could see the problems with the Soviet Union and just because the EU wants to replicate those problems does not mean that is not stupid. There is absolutely no justification in penalising success. Treat people fairly and people will do well. See success as bad and the economy will decline as with the Soviet Union. Countries with fair systems do far better than those that penalise wealth. If you want a good health service ensure that you have a fair economy. Reward hard work.
I see. So if you do not like something you feel a need to do something far worse rather than address the problem? Your point would make sense if you were able to show how simply charging those who pay the most, more, would stop them from trying to reduce their burden. Maybe if you suggested ending irrational tax deductions it would make sense but would you also remove such deductions from local trades men? Not really the subject here though. Bezos pays far more by income than you do so he is overtaxed and you get a great saving thanks to that but your petty jelousy leaves you crying. Sad.

Jesus neither accepts nor rejects the scribe’s proposal. Instead, He clarifies what it means to follow Him. Some suggest the scribe desired rewards, as Jesus was a miracle worker, gaining popularity and potential leadership. This internal motivation is questionable.
Jesus’ response removes misconceptions. If the scribe wanted to follow Jesus, he must be prepared for poverty and homelessness, not riches and possessions. Jesus wanted clarity on the choice.
Jesus invites the scribe to follow Him, but only with this new knowledge. He emphasizes that following Jesus won’t result in earthly riches but in earthly poverty.
Why do you follow Jesus? Consider your motivations. Some follow Him because they were raised to, others because it makes them feel better, and others because they think it’ll improve their lives. But what’s the ideal motivation? It’s simple: we follow Him because He’s the Son of God and Savior of the World. Jesus invites us to live in union with Him through faith. So, we follow Him because it’s right. Love doesn’t love for benefits, Jesus is worthy of our love and worship because of Who He is.
Reflect on Jesus inviting you to follow Him into poverty, detachment, simplicity, and sacrifice. Do you understand what it means to be a follower of Christ? Can you follow Jesus for selfish reasons? Saying “Yes” to Him means saying “Yes” to His Cross. Ponder Jesus’ life and decide if you’re willing to follow Him to the poverty of the Cross. If you choose to follow Him, knowing what you’re saying “Yes” to, you’ll share in His resurrected life.
