I just received my Typhur Done 2 airfryer. The basket isn't deep, but it's wide, I can put my 3.5lb tomahamk steak in it with room to spare. Supposedly fits a dozen drumsticks in there too.
It's a tad expensive at $499, but I found a 40% off code so I grabbed it.
Now I just have to figure out if $200 is too much for two wireless temp probes.

Maybe the overall climate is changing and getting hotter. (If so, by solar change or China and India becoming industrialized and burning coal)

It was hotter for ME in the 70s into the mid 80s. We didn't get whole house A/C until 1988.

We had window AC probably from the late 70s but that only went in one room and it had to be really hot to use. Would sleep in sleeping bags on the floor or parents room on those nights. Else it was sunburns and humidity for July and August.

The hearing for Apple's motion is today. The court did agree to record it because I said I need evidence of what Apple says, since they're asking to have me sanctioned due to me filing an NLRB charge against Apple, and that's illegal. The hearing isn't public; pray for me, y'all.

Hearing update: The Judge denied Apple's requests for sanctions. We are going to enter a protective order, but the Judge said Apple can't use it the way Apple wanted to use it. Overall, we made some progress.

No response from the US court yet about Apple's pending motion saying I want a gag order, and that I'm a liar for saying I don't want to be gagged, & that the court should order that I can't oppose anything else Apple asks for, & asking the Court to give Apple whatever Apple wants without consulting me.

In 1975 in #Detroit, the Hackney brothers recorded an album for their band… called DEATH. Despite being punk before the likes of the Ramones or Sex Pistols, no record label would sign them unless they changed their name. They refused, the recordings went to a box in the attic, and the band eventually broke up after self-releasing one single.

Decades later, the sons of Bobby Hackney heard that single and started asking questions… which eventually led to the release of that album on Drag City Records in 2009. To honor their late brother David’s vision, they named the album “For the Whole World to See” and embarked on a tour that hit several of the world’s continents… but not Africa.

Slovenly Recordings is ecstatic — and honored — to announce that in November 2025, on the 50th anniversary of the recording of their album, and 25 years after David Hackney’s passing, DEATH will perform in #Africa for the first time! …at We’re Loud Fest in #Nairobi, #Kenya.
