Tant dโ€™acharnement obsessionnel dรฉconcerte.

ยป

Just heard this on the radio, and wtf: how does that work?

Apparently the Dalai Lama can announce his successor before he dies, as long as he then โ€œsteps back from the worldโ€*. Oh, and it doesnโ€™t have to be a newborn.

There are very sound political reasons to do that, but โ€” and I donโ€™t claim to be the authority that he obviously is โ€” how does reincarnation several years before death (or indeed before โ€œstepping backโ€) come about?

*is there a special ritual to divest yourself of your soul? would he turn into a zombie or just become a really wild party animal?

I live almost exactly on the opposite side of the planet from Australia; I just prefer to be cold - especially while sleeping.

Also, did you edit your earlier comment? I could've sworn I replied to one that said "Even in the winter?" But now it mentions long pants being an option, and there's no icon indicating it was edited. Just wondering, because someone mentioned a similar situation (a comment they replied to being different) recently.

@DianaSez Cool. It's good to hear from real military men on anything. I think it started with the Judge who gave permission to J6 victims to sue her. I want to see them pay for what they've done. Trump gave Powell at the Fed a chance, but he blew it. Trump has a whole deck of cards to use. When he was #45, I used to beg him to show his hand, lol. I am glad he waited. They're all guilty. @Rumblestone

"Israel has agreed to the "necessary conditions" to finalise a 60-day ceasefire in Gaza, US President Donald Trump has said.

Trump said that during the proposed ceasefire the US would "work with all parties to end the War".

"The Qataris and Egyptians, who have worked very hard to help bring Peace, will deliver this final proposal. I hope... that Hamas takes this Deal, because it will not get better โ€” IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE," Trump wrote."

Hamas shouldn't take the deal. Hamas shouldn't appear at the table. The proposal offered is fundamentally duplicitous, and predominantly a face saving exercise for Israel by making them appear magnanimous. Why now would Israel and the U.S. negotiate with terrorists? Why, after the total eradication of infrastructure, including schools, universities and health services would an offer be made? What is fundamentally going to change? Will Israel lift the blockade on building materials to allow the Palestinian people to rebuild the homes, towns, and cities? Of course not, and if they do, it will be U.S. companies providing building services and building the best beachfront property ever, the most beautiful beachfront property. Wasn't that the deal all along?

Trump threatens it will get worse. Commit your genocide for property, and let's see if you hang from a tree.

Thats a platform for watching videos just like youtube. But it works in a completly diferent way, similar to torrent. Because its goal is to bring content freedom.
The problem with youtube is that they directly decide what people can record and what is forbiden. If you make content that youtube doesnt like, first he will hide it so wery small amount of people can see it, second they will demonetise you, and third they will delete your video and your whole channel at the end.
Just because you wanted to spread the truth.
Thats why lbry is created, they call it content freedom. ๐Ÿ˜€

Well you are hosting videos that are on lbry but its done automaticly, its not something that you have to do manyaly.
You just enter the desktop aplikacion and watch videos. And rest is done on itsown.
Videos that you watched you are now hosting for others to watch and thats it. You just set how much memory you want to allow app to use, so it doesnt fill up your drive and thats it.

And if you are content creator you host your videos just at first so couple of people can see them, and after that people are watching and hosting your videos vithout you doing anything.

Es gibt wohl unterschiedliche Asphaltmischungen fรผr unterschiedliche Temperaturen. Exploring Non-Surgical Solutions for Back Pain Relief

Non-surgical approaches to managing back pain have gained attention for their ability to address discomfort without invasive procedures. Among these, spinal decompression therapy stands out as a method that gently stretches the spine to alleviate pressure on nerves and discs. For individuals dealing with chronic back pain, exploring such therapies can open doors to improved mobility and quality of life. This article delves into how treatment for spinal decompression and related methods, like chiropractic care, offer practical paths to relief.

1. How Spinal Decompression Therapy Works

Spinal decompression therapy involves the use of specialized equipment, such as a traction table, to create space between spinal vertebrae. This process reduces pressure on compressed discs and nerves, which often cause pain and restricted movement. The therapy is non-invasive, making it an option for those hesitant about surgical interventions. For many, treatment for spinal decompression provides noticeable improvements in pain levels over a series of sessions.

The process begins with a consultation to assess whether the therapy suits the individualโ€™s condition. Conditions like herniated discs or sciatica often respond well to this approach, as it promotes nutrient flow to the affected areas. Patients typically lie on a table while the device applies controlled traction, creating a gentle stretching effect. This can help retract bulging discs, reducing irritation on surrounding nerves.

Complementary therapies, such as sports massage Singapore, can enhance the effects of spinal decompression. By addressing muscle tension, sports massage supports the bodyโ€™s recovery process, making it easier to maintain the benefits of spinal adjustments. This combination often appeals to those seeking a comprehensive approach to managing musculoskeletal discomfort.

2. Chiropractic Care for Back and Neck Pain

Chiropractic treatment for back pain focuses on aligning the spine through manual adjustments and other techniques. These adjustments aim to restore proper function to the musculoskeletal system, reducing discomfort and improving mobility. For individuals with chronic pain, regular chiropractic sessions can become a cornerstone of their pain management strategy, offering a non-drug alternative.

Exploring Non-Surgical Solutions for Back Pain Relief

Similarly, chiropractic treatment for neck pain targets tension and misalignment in the cervical spine. Poor posture, stress, or injuries can lead to neck stiffness, which chiropractors address through precise manipulations and exercises. In many cases, patients also benefit from sports massage Singapore, which helps release muscle tension and improve circulation in the neck and shoulder areas. These methods help restore range of motion and reduce discomfort, allowing individuals to perform daily tasks with less pain.

When considering chiropractic care, many inquire, โ€œAre chiropractors doctors?โ€ Chiropractors hold a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, earned through extensive training in musculoskeletal health. While they differ from medical doctors, their expertise in spinal care makes them qualified to treat conditions like back and neck pain, often integrating therapies like spinal decompression for better outcomes.

3. Managing Costs of Chiropractic Care in Singapore

The cost of chiropractic care is a practical concern for many seeking treatment. Chiropractor Singapore price varies depending on factors like clinic location, session frequency, and the practitionerโ€™s experience. Many clinics offer package deals or payment plans, making it easier for patients to access care without straining their budgets.

Researching local options can help individuals find affordable chiropractic services. Some clinics combine chiropractic adjustments with therapies like sports massage to address both spinal and muscular issues. This integrated approach can maximize the value of each session, as it targets multiple aspects of pain and dysfunction.

For those managing multiple pain points, such as knee or tailbone discomfort, combining professional care with home strategies can be effective. For instance, tailbone pain exercises, like gentle stretches, can complement chiropractic sessions. Exploring these options allows individuals to create a balanced plan that fits their financial and health needs.

4. Home-Based Solutions for Knee Pain Relief

Knee pain is a common issue, particularly as people age, and many seek knee pain treatment at home to manage symptoms. Simple knee pain home remedies, such as applying ice or heat, can reduce inflammation and ease discomfort. Resting the knee and avoiding high-impact activities also support recovery, especially for mild cases.

Natural remedies for knee pain in old age, such as maintaining a healthy weight or using supplements like glucosamine, can support joint health over time. Low-impact exercises, like swimming or walking, help strengthen muscles around the knee without causing strain. These knee pain remedies are accessible and can be done consistently at home to improve joint function.

For those wondering about the best medicine for knee pain in old age, non-drug options are often recommended first. A knee pain home remedy, like elevating the leg or using a compression wrap, can provide relief without side effects. Consulting a healthcare professional ensures these home strategies align with any underlying conditions.

5. Complementary Exercises for Pain Management

Beyond spinal and knee issues, some individuals experience tailbone discomfort, which can disrupt daily activities. Tailbone pain exercises, such as pelvic tilts or seated stretches, help relieve pressure on the coccyx and improve flexibility. These exercises are often recommended by chiropractors or physical therapists as part of a broader pain management plan.

Incorporating home remedies for knee pain into a routine can also support overall mobility. For example, gentle yoga or stretching can strengthen supporting muscles, reducing strain on joints. These knee pain remedies are practical for those who prefer managing symptoms at home while still benefiting from professional care when needed.

A holistic approach that combines professional treatments like chiropractic care or spinal decompression with home-based strategies offers a balanced path to pain relief. By addressing both immediate symptoms and long-term health, individuals can improve their quality of life and regain confidence in their daily activities.

So you think that Big Tech monitoring your every move isn't a problem?

But what if you show up at the hotel at 9pm and the hotelier can ask a credit bureau how much you can afford to pay for the room? What if they can find out that you're in chemotherapy, so you don't have the stamina to shop around for a cheaper room? What if they can tell that you have a 5AM flight and need to get to bed right now? What if they charge you more because they can see that your kids are exhausted and cranky and the hotel infers that you'll pay more to get the kids tucked into bed? What if they charge you more because there's a wildfire and there are plenty of other people who want the room?

Israel Agrees to 'Necessary Conditions' to Finalize 60-Day Ceasefire in Gaza Strip - Trump sputnikglobe.com/20250702/isra

Another good article by @Farid:

"Framing the Glastonbury chant as incitement, while tolerating far more explicit hate speech by Israeli officials and citizens, exposes a double standard. Since at least 2021, during Jerusalem Day marches, crowds including government figures such as Itamar Ben Gvir have chanted โ€œDeath to Arabs,โ€ a slogan accompanied by physical assaults on Palestinians. These expressions of ethnic hatred are largely normalized in Israeli public discourse.

In contrast, the Glastonbury chant targets a military institution, not an ethnic or religious group, and calls for its dismantlement due to its involvement in mass atrocities. To conflate this with incitement to violence is to misrepresent its content and intent while ignoring more overt and dangerous rhetoric tolerated elsewhere."

I just received my Typhur Done 2 airfryer. The basket isn't deep, but it's wide, I can put my 3.5lb tomahamk steak in it with room to spare. Supposedly fits a dozen drumsticks in there too.
It's a tad expensive at $499, but I found a 40% off code so I grabbed it.
Now I just have to figure out if $200 is too much for two wireless temp probes.
