Ein neues #Gesetz in #Kirgistan sieht vor, dass mindestens 60 Prozent der Fernseh- und Radiobeträge in der Nationalsprache Kirgisisch ausgestrahlt werden sollen. Das Gesetz wurde am 25. Juni vom Parlament angenommen und versteht sich als eine Stärkung der kirgisischen #Sprache. Innerhalb des neuen Gesetzes sind ebenfalls die Klauseln enthalten, dass Ortsnamen künftig auf Kirgisisch genannt werden sollen und Werbung in kirgisischer Sprache größere Buchstaben als russischsprachige Werbung enthalten müsse
