A heads up...
I had to print a return label from Amazon; it's usually right in th email they send after beginning a return. This time it was a redirect, back to Amazon.
I printed it using a laptop, and a PC, just because there were a few glitches.
BUT, as soon as I did, both keyboard and mouse would not function on both my laptop nad PC. It took a few hours of sheer panic (were we hacked?) and a deep dive investigation, but we finally discovered that the settings on the mice were reversed.

I contacted Amazon and reported the event. I don't think the agent really understood the critical nature of this horrifying experience.
BTW, It was a Chinese seller.
