Cripes these disc brake pads are a nightmare. There is apparently only a small metal clip/spring and two pads, however there is no retaining screw or cotter pin. Damned if I can get the fucking old pads out... They wiggle. But they are impeded somehow that is not immediately apparent.
I may in fact wind up just buying new caliper assemblies and installing those. It's about the same price.

Should be fun getting them back in.
I have no idea how to get those two tabs to clear the channel in the housing of the caliper. Unreal.
I may buy new calipers if only to acquire a better mounting system.

Oon monesti täällä kertonut pienestä niitystä, joka perustettiin vuosi sitten tähän vuokraluhtitalon pihaan lupia keneltäkään kysymättä.
Harattiin hylyn hallussa ollut paljas maa ja kylvettiin muutaman euron niittysiemenpussi siihen. Ympärille vedettiin naru, eikä kukaan sen jälkeen ole siitä kulkenut.
Ekana kesänä tuli mm. ruiskaunokkia, pellavaa, kurjenpolvea.
