"Intelligente Problemlösungen kommen also von Menschen, die sich vor Ort auskennen, die mit ihrem Gebiet vertraut sind und wissen, welche Ressourcen ihnen zur Verfügung stehen. Und sie sind ebenso global, sie kommen einfach aus dem Territorium, sie kommen von unten, und nicht aus Vorstandsetagen oder Konferenzräumen, wo sie nicht auf das Territorium schauen, sondern auf Karten. "So intelligent solutions to problems come from people who know their territory on the ground, who know what resources are available to them. And they're equally global, they just come from the territory, they come from below, and not from boardrooms or conference rooms where they're not looking at territory, they're looking at maps. And they look first and foremost at their own interests in maintaining control. Because their ability to do anything in response to the problem is really based on our immobility, our dependence, and our enforced passivity."

"Es sind nicht die Streitkräfte, es sind die Nachbarn, es sind ganz normale Menschen, die sich spontan nach der Logik der gegenseitigen Hilfe organisieren. Das ist es, was am meisten Leben rettet, das haben wir immer und immer wieder gesehen.
Und natürlich sind wir darauf konditioniert, uns darauf zu verlassen, dass die Regierung die Dinge für uns löst, oder, Sie wissen schon, große Konzerne, Techniker wie Elon Musk oder wer auch immer. Néanmoins, au niveau national, la probité et l'indépendance politique des prochains dirigeants seront corroborés et actés par ceux qui oseront mettre un terme définitif à la censure institutionnelle orchestrée (en collusion frauduleuse avec le pouvoir judiciaire) par la sphère communautaire illégitime et gravement préjudiciable à l'esprit français.
