Since it's too late to avoid drama, I guess I might as well.

This is what started it. I decided to share my opinion on the comment section and got this response. Now, if the individual in question tried to argue his points, besides attacking the messenger, it would be fine. But he kept on avoiding the multiple topics and links to evidence I provided, going as far as downvoting comments that provided sources to back my claims, which weren't even directed at him.

Three Zionist Soldiers Killed in Jabalia


Zionist media reported on Monday that three soldiers were killed and three others injured when a military vehicle was targeted with an anti-tank missile in the northern Gaza Strip.

In detail, the three soldiers from the 401st Armored Brigade were killed inside their tank around 12:00 noon today, while carrying out a mission in Jabalia to “decisive the battle against the local Hamas battalion and destroy its infrastructure, both above and below ground, in the area,” according to the Zionist army.

According to occupation media outlets, 10 soldiers from elite units of the occupation were killed last week during ongoing operations in the Gaza Strip.

This brings the number of army deaths since the resumption of fighting in the Gaza Strip last March to 43.

The number of Zionist soldiers killed since the start of the ground operation in the Gaza Strip has reached 451, according to the occupation. In contrast, the total military losses since the outbreak of the war have reached 893.

Footage exposes vulnerability of Zionist forces in Gaza


The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas, revealed on Friday that its fighters attempted to capture an occupation soldier during a daring daylight raid east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The group confirmed the operation targeted Zionist soldiers and military vehicles, including a Merkava tank and a troop carrier, using Yassin-105 rocket-propelled grenades.

The al-Qassam Brigades stated that, despite battlefield conditions preventing the capture of the soldier, the fighter responsible killed him and seized his weapon. “Abraham Azulai’s luck ran out,” the statement said, “and soon, the next soldier’s fate will be different, as a new prisoner.”

Al-Qassam had earlier released a video as part of its David’s Stones operation series, documenting the moment its fighters engaged a military convoy in the same area. The footage showed direct contact with Zionist troops, capturing one soldier fleeing while others appeared unprotected and unsupported during the confrontation.

The video also showed resistance fighters attempting to seize the fleeing soldier, before ultimately killing him and confiscating his weapon. Notably, the footage highlighted the absence of covering fire or any immediate response from nearby Zionist forces.

Support Committee Denounces Abuse of Prairieland Defendant


Dallas-Forth Worth, Texas — A week after the arrest of 10 protestors at a demonstration at Prairieland ICE Detention Center and the subsequent arrest of the spouse of an arrestee, Johnson County Jail is obstructing the defendants’ access to legal representation and retaliating against them for exercising their 5th and 6th amendment rights pursuant to the U.S. Constitution.

These constitutional violations have occurred in conjunction with a far-reaching investigation that has included numerous instances of excessive force and intimidation by various police agencies, friends and family of the defendants reveal. A majority of defendants remain without legal counsel in violation of the 6th amendment. At least three defendants have been denied their requests for a public defender on the grounds of alleged “incomplete paperwork.”

The DFW Support Committee, a group of family and friends of the defendants, said that, “this delay or denial of the right to counsel appears to be in retaliation to the defendants’ lawful right to refuse to speak to law enforcement without their lawyer present and is an egregious violation of their constitutional rights.” In response to one of the defendants exercising their constitutional rights, Johnson County Jail has transferred this person to a solitary medical unit, despite the fact this person has no medical issues or needs. “I am completely appalled at the way their constitutional rights have been ignored,” this defendants mother said, “I grow increasingly concerned for their safety and well-being with each passing day.”

Johnson County’s use of segregation and isolation of pretrial detainees — presumed innocent until or unless convicted at trial — amounts to torture and excessive force used to punish and coerce these defendants in contravention of federal and state law. Johnson County Jail has also refused to house transgender defendants in the housing unit appropriate for their gender raising serious safety and welfare concerns. To avoid further harassment from jail staff and other prisoners, one defendant has been forced to remain in solitary confinement, citing safety concerns in the general population.

Defendants’ friends and family report raids of their homes where agents deployed flashbang grenades, caused extensive damage, and detained spouses, family members and housemates without cause. In one instance, federal agents tackled the adult child of a defendant and put a bag over their head before arresting them and transporting them to jail. “I was terrified, I had no idea what was going on,” the child later said. During this interrogation, agents offered this person monetary bribes in exchange for information, which of course were refused. Police also attempted to extort them by offering to “get rid of a warrant” if they cooperated with the law enforcement investigation. Johnson County Jail has also harassed and intimidated those wishing to visit defendants while in pre-trial detention.

Some defendants’ visitors have been denied entry, detained and interrogated, and had their personal electronics confiscated. Legal experts consulted by the support committee believe that these tactics constitute a campaign of fear and harassment against the defendants and their loved ones, and calls into question the veracity of any statements that law enforcement has compelled under these conditions of confinement, particularly when the defendants have no access to legal representation as the law requires. The state has violated the constitutional guarantees against unreasonable search and seizure and cruel and unusual punishment which will negatively taint any further state prosecutions.

These violations have occurred while the legal proceedings have not progressed on either the state or federal charges. Local legal experts explained that normally in this district, a defendant facing federal charges will receive a first court appearance within one to three days, whereupon appointment of court appointed counsel, release or bail conditions, and next court dates are all addressed. There has been no explanation why these normal practices are not being followed regarding these defendants.

The Prairieland defendants were arrested following a demonstration at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center on July 4th. They are facing state level criminal charges for terrorism and aggravated assault, and federal charges for attempted murder, among other charges.

Three raids in search of him – in Brooklyn, New Jersey, and Queens – were executed by heavily armed federal and state agents terrorizing his family and comrades. Though the NYPD has publicly announced a $30K bounty on his head and subjected him to a defamation media campaign, he has not been apprehended.

CONTINUA LA COMPLICITÀ DELL'EUROPA CON ISRAELE

Nella giornata di ieri Kaja Kallas, rappresentante dell'UE per gli affari esteri, ha annunciato che l'Europa continuerà come ampiamente previsto, sulla strada della complicità con Israele nella mattanza in corso a Gaza. Non solo non verrà rivisto l'Accordo di associazione, ma non verrà attuata neanche una seppur minima misura simbolica. Il tutto nel consueto trionfo di ipocrisia, doppiopesismo, servilismo e viltà.
Sicuramente questa Europa di tecnocrati è oligarchi non è la nostra.

Al-Quds Brigades Unveils Complex Operation Against Occupation, Among Others


The Palestinian resistance continues to torment occupation forces 21 months into the Zionist regimne’s genocidal war on Gaza. Today, Al-Quds Brigades revealed details of a high-level operation east of Khan Younis, targeting a Zionist armored personnel carrier in an attempt to capture occupation soldiers. The operation is one of several resistance operations in Gaza carried out over the past week amid intensifying confrontations with occupation forces.

High-level operation targets Zionist armored carrier


A field commander from the Al-Quds Brigades’ Khan Younis division confirmed that the operation took place last Tuesday, July 8, in the Abasan al-Kabira area. According to the commander, fighters detonated Barq explosive devices that had been strategically planted along the route of an approaching armored personnel carrier following days of field surveillance.

“The explosion completely destroyed the vehicle and set it ablaze,” the commander reported. “Our fighters immediately stormed the carrier, engaging in close-quarters combat with the crew and managed to drag one soldier with the intention of capturing him.”


The operation was disrupted when nearby Zionist military vehicles intervened, opening heavy fire on the area using shells and machine guns. The exchange resulted in the death of the targeted soldier and the martyrdom of several Al-Quds Brigades fighters.

“This was not our first attempt,” the commander noted. “There were several prior efforts in areas of direct engagement. We remain confident in our fighters and, God willing, success will follow.”

Explosive devices destroy occupation vehicles


Earlier today, the Al-Quds Brigades announced the destruction of another Zionist military vehicle using a pre-planted barrel explosive near the Islamic University in the Ma’an area, southeast of Khan Younis.

Additionally, the Brigades confirmed that on July 10, a high-explosive device was used during an occupation incursion into the Central Street area of Shujaiya, east of Gaza City. The device, manufactured via reverse engineering, successfully destroyed the invading military vehicle.

The Al-Quds Brigades released video footage showing fighters launching coordinated attacks on occupation forces stationed at Jabal al-Sourani, east of the Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City. The attacks included 107mm rockets and mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades capture reconnaissance drone


In a related development, the Al-Quds Brigades announced Tuesday that they had taken control of a Zionist reconnaissance drone while it was conducting intelligence-gathering missions over the Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
