Όσοι όμως μας κυβερνάνε μάλλον μας θεωρούν όλους αν όχι ηλίθιους, βολικούς, χειραγωγήσιμους.

την οπτική της εξουσίας δυστυχώς δεν την αλλάζεις, αυτό είναι τέλος. Το θέμα είναι η συμμετοχή παντού και ναι όποιος δεν το έχει καταλάβει και περιμένει εκ των άνω την λύση είναι ηλίθιος. Hmm. I read what #ContraPoints wrote about #Palestine on reddit and it seems to be written by someone who knows very little about the history of the racist ideology of Zionism.

It's OK to me that she thinks it would be inappropriate is she made a video on Palestine, that's fine.

But when she says criticism of Israel affects how people think of Jewish people as a whole ... I can only assume she's speaking for herself because she's not speaking for me in that respect.

It's a tepid, middling statement that implies that anti-zionists and people standing in solidarity with Palestine are mostly anti-Jewish racists or at least unknowingly nurturing that kind of racism. In that respect, her statement does some of Israel's propaganda for them.

She also laughably implies the US Democrats would have put pressure on Netanyahu to end the #Genocide after bankrolling it the entire time!

We’re talking about ceasefire. Nobody trusts anymore Israel with any ceasefire. But even if it would have been a trustful offer, we should realize that a ceasefire is way not enough. We need to stop this occupation in its entirety. We need to stop this rebellion against G-d in its entirety. All what Israel stands for is a violation of Judaism. And all of this needs to stop.

There are major Druze neighbourhoods in Damascus, and Israel is endangering their existence by claiming to be aligned with them and at the same time terrorizing the overwhelming Sunni majority. With the justified anti-Israel sentiments in the region, I do worry that some of the militias in Damascus could retaliate against the Druze who didn't want anything to do with all of this (except maybe for one fringe agent in Sweida in southern Syria).
