Massive amounts of TTN infrastructure has been built throughout the Central Valley of California - huge berms, overpasses, embankments. Tons of earth-moving equipment active on many sites. Hundreds of workers.

But I have yet to see any actual, you know, railroad track...

It was once supposed to go from LA to SF and cost $10 billion. Now it's going from Fresno to Bakersfield and will cost $100 billion.
