Why would they go after retired military officials instead of currently employex military officials?

Could it be because they can fake their death and the currently employed officials can still work kr because the retired officials might have died of natural causes but they can write terrorism as the cause of death. Or because actors need to switch roles?

PFLP: The EU is Complicit in the Crime of Starvation Against our People in Gaza


The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine warns of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe in the coming hours, during which we may witness mass deaths among the most vulnerable groups, especially children, the sick, and the elderly.

This is in light of the dangerous deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, as a result of the escalating aggression and the continued systematic starvation policy practiced by the Zionist occupation, amid American partnership, international silence, and blatant complicity on the part of the European Union.

We hold the European Union politically and morally responsible for the worsening famine, as it is a partner in the crime of starvation perpetrated against our people through its inaction and providing diplomatic cover for the occupation.

We call on the countries of the European Union to stop their policy of camouflage and manipulation of public opinion, and to abandon their blatant bias toward the occupation. Despite escalating warnings about the threat of famine and the use of food as a weapon against more than two million besieged Palestinians, the European Union has chosen to cover up the occupation’s crimes through false diplomatic promises that have not translated into any tangible steps.

The recent bargaining between some EU countries and the occupation’s foreign minister clearly reflects the EU’s policy of deception and complicity. We call on international and human rights organizations to intensify pressure on the European Union and the international community to shoulder their moral and humanitarian responsibilities, abandon complicity and silence, and seriously apply pressure on the occupation to halt the systematic starvation of our people.

Our steadfast people in Gaza do not need empty rhetoric, but rather bold political positions that halt the war of comprehensive extermination, foremost among which is the immediate lifting of the blockade and holding the occupation accountable for its crimes against humanity.

Ayer terminé de leer el libro "O homem que matou a Getúlio Vargas" ("El hombre que máto a Getúlio Vargas") de Jô Soares.

Jô fue un presentador, músico, escritor, artista completo MARAVILLOSO que se fue hace un par de añitos y dejó un vacío inmenso. Una especie de Dolina con más onda brasileño.

El libro cuenta la historia de Dimitri Borja Korozec, hijo de una brasileña mulata y un serbio, nacido a comienzos del siglo XX en un pueblo de ese país y criado bajo la gran influencia de su padre anarquista. Él crece para ser entrenado como asesino profesional. Y es un excelente alumno, con muchísimas habilidades y particularidades (como tener doce dedos) que lo destacan como la gran esperanza de la revolución anarquista.

Su vida tiene una misión: acabar con los tiranos. Y así pasa por todos los eventos que marcaron el siglo XX hasta casi los años 60 buscando cumplir con su cometido. Pero no cuenta con un detalle que marcará toda su vida: su natural torpeza y mala suerte.

En un libro de 333 páginas, viajamos por la historia de la primera parte del siglo XX en Europa hasta llegar a Brasil y Getúlio Vargas, el Perón brasilero, y no queda otra que reírse de todo y lamentarse por cómo ciegamente se siguen tiranos y dictadores sin medir consecuencias.

I admit I am late to the party, but going forward, I am boycotting all #Sunni affiliated media like #AlJazeera and its ilk. I regretfully gave them the benefit of the doubt for far too long.

I finally received first hand accounts from direct close relatives in #Syria that shows that such media outlets are lying incessantly and are falsely vilifying the #Druze community.

They are also omitting lots of horrendous crimes. Thousands have been massacred in #Sweida by extremist islamists.

My first installation of linux on a 5 year old laptop

My first hurdle is understanding that i need to add a boot sequence and navigate to the EFI file in my mounted pen drive.

second hurdle is understanding i need to disable secure boot so that the dell bios doesnt think something is wrong and always run the bios repair program.

third is understanding that i need to disable Intel rapid storage for the full install (luckily linux mint tells us this)

and honestly the hardest thing was installing fastfetch cuz theres a lot of outdated information out there on how to install it on Mint.

the process took about 4 hours, i consider it very lucky that i was able to do it so fast.
