If you are referring to OpenNIC, individual domain administrators can theoretically kick you off for abuse, however it's an intentionally difficult process to do that to someone. I doubt you'd have any trouble on .libre or .pirate domains though which are specifically target to free speech. You could also just make your own TLD in opennic, I don't know what process that entails.

I learned what domestic abuse, sexual abuse, etc. were and how prevalent they were in our midst, and I thought at first that if I could get people to understand, they too would be up in arms.

The leaders of a church in our denomination encouraged a young, naive woman to marry a man who had raped very young children at their church and the pastor prayed at their wedding that they would be "blessed" with lots of children. And then once they had a baby together, he abused their baby too.
So yeah, now they are drawing a line? How? Why? What the fuck, you total assholes? What the actual fuck? When they meet a child rapist in person, they want to shake his hand & tell him he's a good man. What TF is different about this?

I was told that I was in a community of people who believed above all else in doing the right thing no matter the cost, no matter what happened, and it turns out that was the biggest fucking lie that anyone has ever told me.
I was told that we were a community of love, that we cared for one another, and that it was our sacred duty to show compassion and kindness. What fucking bullshit.
More than anything THAT is the lie that eats at me. The false histories & fake science suck, but worse than that, they fucking promised they would do the right thing, and then they never did shit.
They solemnly swore—supposedly in the presence of the Creator of the Universe—to model God's love on Earth, but they didn't give a shit about the weak & powerless they stepped on.
I know now how fucking naive it is to believe that those with systemic patriarchal power would protect others with less power, but they promised that their "authority" was all to protect us. That's what I was told.
They promised that those with the most power would also be the ones working hardest for goodness & justice.
Turns out those guys just wanted to write "culture war" blog posts and pat each other on the back for supposedly being so smart. Assholes.
They went on & on about what a good leader should be, what a holy responsibility it is to be a leader, and then at any chance they had a goddamn chance to lead on something that really mattered, they'd just side with whoever the man was in the situation & call it a day.
