Another complaint about it "being too expensive" to cook for yourself is people refusing to eat the same thing for days in a row. It also prevents the "it takes too much time" excuse, because if you only cook a couple times a week, you get more bang for your buck.

"But I don't want to eat the same thing every day!" If you are broke, too bad. You can't afford variety, so learn to eat leftovers. Also, leftovers "tasting bad" is just a skill issue.

Sometimes the time to cook times the pay per time is greater than the cost of restaurant food especially when you consider clean up

This used to be the case for McDonalds before they became expensive because you have to use bleach to clean up after cooking hamburgers and you could order twelve hamburgers for twelve dollars and that would be all the food you need for a whole day cooked in a fast amount of time that could be eaten in a single meal if you are busy plus exercise

@shortstories There are so many ways cook with little time investment. Get a crock pot and put some meat and vegetables in there (prep time can be as short as 5 minutes), and leave it cooking for hours.

That, and make simpler recipes. It also ends up being cheaper and faster when you have less complexity in your recipes.

And prepping a lot of food to last you for days cuts down on total prep time. And clean up really should not take you that long either.

The crust is perfect New York style and they use cupping pepperonis and real Italian sausage cooked down fresh...not those frozen balls of Italian sausage. And the homemade meatballs, OMG!

They also use high quality cheeses.

The sauce is cooked on the premises with spices added to what is probably a good base sauce coming out of a #10 can. They add the perfect amount of red pepper so that after youve eaten 2 slices you can feel a warmth in your mouth from the red pepper. Basil, garlic and oregano.

Perfection.

Another mistake is with heavy weights you do not want to reach failure. Because you will have no power to lift it back up.

I have seen many videos where they died because no one was around and some people lift in home gyms.

Only thing that can help you is to focus on yourself and think that nobody will help you. Because no one will help you in time of need. It will always come late or never.

Thinks take time and many people just want to skip progress or often they think they can handle random big numbers But Iron never lies or your body. People can be shocked how weak are we when untrained

I have stopped using the barbell because I felt that dominant hand tend to take the weights from weaker side So with Dumbells both hands have equal weight

My exercise are more focused on practical muscle use compare to something like benchpress and dumbells are more versatile IMO
