Je m’appuie sur les analyses de Oleg #Tsarov car il vivait en #Ukraine où il était député de la Rada au moment du #Maïdan. Russophone lui-même, il dénonçait la guerre faite aux russophones et il a vu arriver les ONG américaines, les #Soros et #Nuland qui ont fait de l’Ukraine un proxy contre la #Russie.
Du fait de sa position minoritaire courageuse à la Rada, il a été condamné par le pouvoir ukrainien, s’est exilé, et a subi des tentatives d’assassinat. Il est informé de manière constante et précise de ce qui se passe en Ukraine.

Il a assisté en direct à la création des fameuses «agences anti corruption» et a compris après une analyse rigoureuse qu’elles émanaient de Soros et des Américains.

Selon lui, #Zelensky a voulu prendre sous son contrôle ces agences car elles risquaient à un moment ou un autre de remonter jusqu’à sa propre #corruption. Il a donc formulé une loi à toute vitesse et l’a fait adopter.

Quand les manifestations contre cette loi, organisées par les ONG, se sont produites dans plusieurs villes d’Ukraine, Zelensky a eu très peur qu’elles n’attirent beaucoup de monde et d’être renversé.
D'abord, il a instauré un régime spécial dans le quartier gouvernemental. Il a été déclaré que toute personne entrant dans ce quartier sans invitation sera considérée comme un terroriste — ce qui signifie qu'on pourra tirer sur elle.

Le site de la Verkhovna Rada, où l’on suit l’avancement du projet de loi, a été indisponible. Parfois il était hors service, parfois il affichait que Zelensky avait signé le projet de loi, puis la situation changeait et il était indiqué que le projet n’était pas signé...
Mais Zelensky a vu que les manifestations n’étaient pas dangereuses pour lui, et il a signé le projet de loi.

Oleg Tsarov note que les protestations dans toutes les grandes villes ont rassemblé beaucoup de monde car aux "petits Soros" favorables aux visées otanesques, protégés des conscriptions forcées et hostiles à la Russie,se sont joints des Ukrainiens non embrigadés qui s’opposent à Zelensky, à la guerre, aux conscriptions forcées et souhaitent que ce cauchemar cesse.

Le plus drôle c’est qu’aujourd’hui les membres du bureau de #Zelensky disent que ce sont les Russes qui ont infiltré les agences anti corruption 😂
