I picked up some bananas and frozen fruit for my ninja 🤤 I like adding malted milk powder, honey and peanut butter with milk, yogurt, banana and frozen strawberries, blueberries and mango. Sometimes I add cilantro to it. Sounds weird but cilantro does something to it where it brightens it up.
Allulose is a naturally occuring albeit, rare, sugar. It's very similar to glucose, so much so that it can attach itself to glucose recptors. That is how it slows down the blood sugar rise when it's consumed alongside sugar or refined carbs (bread, pasta, white rice).
But the mitochondria cannot metabolize it, so it eventually gets flushed out via the kidneys. It cant be transformed and stored as fat.
It also triggers a GLP-1 release...which helps with feeling satiated.
I love the stuff.
It's about 3/4ths as sweet as sucrose. So 3 teaspoons of allulose is about the same sweetness as 2 teaspoons of sucrose. But I think everything is overly sweet anyways and so just use a 1 to 1 replacement in recipes and whatnot.
I have a VitaMix that does a good job. I also have the shaved ice attachment for the KitchenAid mixer. Makes great shaved ice, but the ice you freeze for it should be bigger containers.
Over the last two years I have been shipping boxes and boxes of the work clothes and shoes leftover from my office job, to my sister, in another state. Everything was in like new condition, and of good quality. I also shipped over half of my husband's closet. Because my sister and her husband struggle financially, and still work well into their seventies having the clothes and stuff to sell helped them to get by. A week ago they had a giant yard sale. She made some money and was ecstatic. They can get caught up again. She said that it broke her heart to see people agonize whether they could afford jeans or shoes. So she told many people that her sister would want them to have that item and gave it to them for free. She was right. Sharing feels good. Sweet peas are from my garden. It's motherboard specific though, because it's forbidden writing standards that are actually useful
Swapping the CPU into another mono may not necessarily help unless it's the CPU being defective (If it boots it can't be that broken. If it overheats, the mono will shut it down automatically)

@dj If it turns out it's actually a RAM light, and not related to ECC, you may have a RAM stick going bad (But it still has got enough memory to go around)
In that case, don't shut it off before getting the new server up and running, because it may fail next boot, and you'll need to go hunting for which stick has gone bad
