Tonight I splashed on some Gabel's Bay Rum after my post work shower. #MensGrooming
It's more like an after shave, it is not a long lasting scent...along with an alcohol splash. These type of short duration scents are what I like to use after work. Aqua Velva, Brut, Gabel's Bay Rum..that type of thing.
Gabels is a cheap entry into Bay Rum scents, if you are interested in what they smell like. Bay Rum is a classic sailor scent, the combination of Bay Leaves of a scrub bush that lives along the coast of Carribean islands soaked in Rum to make a tincture along with some other spices.
Im really amazed at how fast my tum tum is filled up now. I just had a Chicken Thigh cooked down in Marinera Sauce aka Chicken Cacciatore and about a cup of High Protein Low Glycemic Index White Rice (Parish Rice). I could not finish the bowl.
I brought a ribeye and twice baked home and couldnt eat by 1/3rd of the potato and 1/2 the steak.
My intermittent fasting has shrunk my stomach.
I have virtually no hunger pangs either. It's very easy to maintain this. I do it 4 or 5 days a week and then eat as and how I want on my weekend. I try not to get crazy on the weekend, but Im not strict like on intermittent fasting days.
Ive been losing some more weight and my fatty liver is clearly visible as it pokes out farther on that side of my belly. But Im gonna fix this fatty liver and get back into top shape.

Is it possible that the cognitive decline we’re witnessing today is the byproduct of CIA mind control experiments covertly conducted decades ago?

In 1996, Chase Brandon became the CIA’s first official Hollywood liaison. As he told NPR in 2012:
“I had the authority to say, ‘This is something that would make the Agency look very bad — and we prefer that you not do that.’”
The Department of Defense (DoD) / Pentagon has an even larger entertainment office, whose involvement runs deeper still: they require script changes in exchange for access to military equipment, locations, and personnel.
The DoD’s cooperation isn’t just about accuracy — it explicitly aims to: • Improve public perception of the military • Support recruiting and retention • Minimize depictions of war crimes, corruption, or dissent • Emphasize heroism, advanced technology, and moral clarity
Unlike film and television, the music industry doesn’t have an official liaison office with intelligence agencies — but influence still happens: • Label executives or producers with intelligence connections • Use of confidential informants to monitor, disrupt, or steer politically charged movements • Studies on how music affects human behavior • Allegations that the CIA deliberately promoted drug culture through music • Occult or mind-control symbolism in mainstream pop videos
Consider the pivot in the late 1980s and early 1990s: U.S. agencies and industry gatekeepers shifted mainstream rap away from politically conscious themes and toward more materialistic, violent, and nihilistic gangsta rap.
At the same time, private prison investment surged — and music glorifying violence and criminality exploded on radio and TV, while conscious artists got sidelined.
