I've never seen such a coordinated push amongst world leaders on this 'issue.' There's no doubt in my mind that they talked with one another about forcing this down everyone's throat.

I'd really like to know what bug crawled up their collective asses to all of a sudden, out of nowhere, decide that we need mandatory IDs to browse the Internet "NOW NOW NOW NOW." It's almost like they're operating under a time limit to get this implemented and they don't care about being so brazen about it.

The giant fucking issue is that they have unlimited tries to get this passed. And everyone has only one chance to stop it. They can keep trying over and over and over again and just wait until the public is too fatigued to fight anymore to get it passed.

Once a law is passed, it almost seems like it needs an inhuman amount of political capital and lobbying money burnt to reverse it, which almost seems like it's by design at this point.

In the space of censorship, there will be a huge issue in what gets added to the list, because "everyone" wants to add something, and if the list ends up with everything then the censored media regime becomes trash, so we should be encouraging censorship scope creep.

@Burger I think they've been looking at the behaviours demonstrated during the covid lockdowns and see that while they were able to largely stop people meeting in person and speaking freely and looking after each other, they also saw the dissent online, you know the 'misinformation' crowd. They want to control that absolutely before they do the next similar thing.

They've seen that in order to account for the outliers that they will need to control the net. The 'protecting children' line is just the sugar sprinkled on the dick they want us all to suck.

Ermenistan; Kafkasya’ya açılan kilit, Türkiye’nin Turan yolu üzerinde stratejik bir engel, Kafkasya jeopolitik tablosunun önemli bir oyuncusudur. Gürcistan ise Karadeniz ile Kafkas ülkeleri arasında köprü ve Kafkasları kontrol açısından stratejik bir konumdadır. Bu özellikleriyle bölge, hem enerji kaynakları hem de Rusya’yı güneyden çevrelemek isteyen emperyalist ABD ve Primakov doktrinine göre, bölgeyi yumuşak karnı olarak gören Rusya için büyük önem taşımakta olup, alt emperyalist Türkiye’nin de hedefleri arasındadır. Bölgenin merkezî önemini kavrayan Rusya, gerek SSCB döneminde gerekse sonrasında, bölgenin üç devletinin desteğiyle, jeopolitik dengeyi büyük ölçüde kendi lehine çevirmişti. ABD tarafından güneyden kuşatıldığını hisseden Rusya’nın amacı, yakın çevresini, yani tüm Kafkasya’yı stratejik denetime alarak Çarlık Rusya’sından beri süre gelen jeopolitik gelenekleri sürdürebilmektir. ABD’nin jeopolitik çıkarı ise bölgeyi Rusya’nın etkisinden çıkarmak, enerji zengini Güney Kafkasya’yı emperyalizmin çıkarları doğrultusunda yeniden dizayn edip Orta Asya’ya ulaşabilmektir.

Son Ermeni-Azeri savaşına askerî olarak katılan Türkiye’de Turancılık, devletin resmî ideolojisi olarak, İttihat ve Terakki’den beri hep var oldu. Türkiye, ölümcül Turan fantezisi gereği, Azerbaycan yoluyla Hazar Denizi’ne, oradan da Orta Asya’daki Türkî cumhuriyetlerine ulaşmayı hedefliyor. Diğer yandan da Azerbaycan ve Orta Asya’dan gelip Batı’ya gidecek enerjinin terminal ülkesi olmayı hayal ediyor. Ermeni toprağı Zengezur koridoru, Türkiye’nin Orta Asya’ya ulaşmasını engellediğinden koridorun açılmasında ısrar ediyor. Türkiye, Ermenistan’ı Azerbaycan ile kontrol altına alma peşinde. Azerbaycan’ın 2020 ve 2023 senelerindeki saldırılarının asıl nedeni bu stratejik hedeftir. Bu nedenle Türkiye, Azerilerin haksız savaşını Azerbaycan ordusunu eğiterek ve fiilen son savaşa da katılarak destekledi.

Güney Kafkasya’da dengeler, Ermenistan’da Batı yanlısı Peşinyan’nın başbakan olması ile değişmeye başladı. Yukarı Karabağ’ın kaybıyla sonuçlanan 2023’deki savaşta Rusya’nın gerekli desteği vermemesi, Ermenistan’ın Rusya’dan yana stratejik pozisyonunu değiştirmesiyle sonuçlandı. Azerbaycan, Batı ile Rusya arasında denge politikası izlerken, ilişkiler 2024 senesinde Azerbaycan yolcu uçağının Kazakistan’da düşürülmesiyle bozulmaya başladı. Azerbaycan, Rusya kabul etmese de uçağın Rusya tarafından düşürüldüğünü iddia etti. Daha sonra Rus güvenlik güçlerinin iki Azerbaycan vatandaşını Moskova’da işkence ile katletmesi üzerine, 2025 senesinde taraflar medya ofislerinde operasyonlar yapıp kültürel faaliyetleri askıya alarak karşılıklı notalar verdiler. Bu arada Azerbaycan ile Ermenistan da yaptıkları görüşmeler sonucunda, Zengezur koridorunun açılması da dâhil, ihtilaflı konularda büyük oranda anlaşmaya vardılar. Peşinyan’ın Ankara’yı ziyareti de anlaşmayı perçinlemiş oldu.

Gelinen aşamada, bölgede Rusya lehine olan dengeler değişmiş olduğundan, Rusya-Ermenistan-İran ekseni dağılmış gibi görünüyor. Böylece Azerbaycan-Gürcistan-Ermenistan’dan oluşacak Güney Kafkasya zinciri ile Rusya’yı güneyden, İran’ı kuzeyden kuşatmak mümkün olacaktır.

Gerek Orta Doğu gerekse Kafkasya’daki gelişmeleri ve Rusya-Ukrayna savaşını, iki emperyalist devletin, ABD ve Çin’in arasında yapılacak “3. Paylaşım Savaşı”nın ayak sesleri olarak görmek gerekiyor. Hegemonyası gerilemekte olan ABD, bir yanda kendi cephe gerisini tahkim ederken, diğer yandan Çin’in stratejik ortakları Rusya ve İran’ı pasifize ediyor. ABD’nin tek süper güç olma pozisyonunu muhafazası ancak Orta Doğu ve Kafkasya’da petrol ve doğalgaz aktarımını kontrol etmesi, Pasifik’te ittifaklarını güçlendirmesiyle mümkün olabilecektir.

İsmi konmamış bu savaşta emperyalist Rusya ise Ukrayna savaşından başını kaldırdıktan sonra, yumuşak karnı Kafkasya’da dengeyi kendi lehine çevirebilmek için; karşıt unsurların bloke edilmesi, sosyo-politik ortamın destabilize edilmesi ve sert güç kullanmak da dâhil, her türlü enstrümanı kullanacaktır.

C'est marrant comme tous les cyclistes vous êtes là : faut absolument apprendre à réparer son pneu crevé.

Bah euh non, on peut faire du vélo sans savoir ça, oui ça arrive, mais franchement c'est pas si fréquent, c'est pas la fin du monde (sauf si évidemment t'es en rando solo loin de tout), ya souvent des gens trop contents de t'aider, et on peut ne pas avoir envie de le faire quoi.

Si c'est absolument nécessaire pour faire du vélo, bah je comprends que les gens disent la flemme. Et c'est ce que j'aurais dit.

Mais le vélo est mon moyen de transport du quotidien, et j'ai pas réparé / changé de chambre à air depuis 20 ans.

Je roule pas trop chargée, sur des routes ok, et j'ai un bon vélociste. (Et mon vélo a 20 ans, et des pneus classiques de VTC)
