In the state's case, they knew the idiot bitch in charge of state printing and her small army of pooojeets were going to FUBAR the automated print Solimar servers on a weekly basis, and just staffed five of us out there at $50.00 per hour for almost seven years.
The big companies were as bad or worse than government in this regard. Competency is left to outside contracts staffed by Whites and Asians, who fix the shitfest caused by laziness, neglect and incompetence.
Near as I can tell, this is pretty much the state of the modern tech-west.
The state printing cunt literally retired out, they let her fuck things over for 27 years, and shoveled money at contracting firms to fix her disasters the entire time.
They ended up putting us completely in charge of the tech-side State Printing after she retired. The niggress they installed to replace her was so much WORSE that she didn't even understand who the department she allegedly ran worked. That monkey was the worse administrators I have ever witnessed by orders of magnitude. They quietly kicked her upstairs and let her leave the campus after a 30 min staff meeting every morning. Why? Example: A RICOH production printer (about 220k replacement) went out, it was a workhorse - we wanted a replacement. Nig-nog ignores us, talks to XEROX, they fly her to their offices and put her up in a five star hotel for a week (this is illegal by state law by the way) feed her lobster and she comes back having signed a contract to install a TWENTY-FIVE-MILLION dollar Xerox production printer, 70k per year in service, and required a TWO-MILLION dollar fire suppression, power expansion and humidity control system to be installed in the state printing office.
(This was a REPUBLICAN administration that allowed this coon with 5 inche long fingernails to run the office by the way).
Was she punished? Nope. It was all quietly cancelled, and Xerox was paid 120k for breaking the contract. It seems SOMEBODY leaked this fuckup to the shit-lib newspapers. Persöhnlich ist es mir Wurscht, ich halte mich an die althergebrachte Grammatik, weil ich finde, das Gleichberechtigung nicht von Wörtern abhängt, sondern vom Verhalten der Personen., nicht von was man sagt, sondern wie man es sagt.
Wir müssen erstmal lernen die Person als solche zu wertschätzen, nicht nachdem was sie zwischen den Beinen hat oder welche sexuellen Vorzüge (mit Grenzen, siehe Trumpel), erst dann sind wir bereit an der Sprache herumzuschrauben ohne das Wörterbuch als Fussball zu benutzen.
Die Sprache evolutioniert immer, aber sollte unter den richtigen Voraussetzungen vonstatten gehen. Verbieten ist natürlich keine Lösung, aber Erziehung in den richtigen Themen.
Die Leute sollten erstmal richtig Deutsch lernen und ihren Wortschatz vergrössern. Mir haben dabei Torsten Sträter und Jürgen von der Lippe sehr geholfen um den Reichtum und Eleganz der deutschen Sprache schätzen zu lernen (zum Preis von Seitenstechen vor Lachen)
