What is it with government functionaries trying to compel loyalty oaths to a foreign entity when people are recovering from a natural disaster and least able to fight such an outrage?
This was previously seen in Texas, but reversed (but not the state law behind it), and now ... well, we can't rule out malicious compliance, especially in the dog days of summer:
