Hohner #harmonica. It might be a "Little Lady," it might be a "Mini." It has features of both. Lanyard and reed plates match the Little Lady, but it doesn't say "Little Lady" on either cover plate. I suspect they may have run out of that part and just used the side that says "Hohner" twice.
Anyway, it's an oddball -- unlike every other tiny harmonica I've seen, it's not in the key of C, but the key of A. I can't find anything online about Hohner making these things in unusual keys. It's not like there's any reason a professional harmonica player would want one of each in all keys...

I think I've figured out the cover plate. If all the Little Lady top cover plates that say "Little Lady" were already stamped "C", and you were making a A harp, the only cover plate available that was unstamped would be a bottom plate that says "Hohner." So you stamp it "A" and use it as a top cover plate. Thus, the Little Lady in A has two bottom plates. God, I'm boring myself now.

This is very clever psychology. It makes the obedient believe they are smart, the smart believe they must know everything (and thus can stop learning) and infers that people in authority are both smart and knowledgeable.

The reality is any changes made to congress.gov are mostly symbolic. The version of the Constitution published there -- even by the Library of Congress -- isn't the official Constitution. That's still a paper document and that's held at The National Archives.
But it doesn't look good that's for sure, and is symbolic of this regime's continued gas lighting of the American public.
When we (the US) gets out of this quagmire (and we will eventually get out of it) I think of the biggest changes to come will be such a huge scaling back in the powers of the Executive Branch. That branch of Government is going to be neutered to prevent all this mess from happening again.
Interesting thing is the Library of Congress isn't controlled by The White House. It's literally controlled by Congress. The White House doesn't have the power to change anything in the Library of Congress. This means somebody in Congress did this.
