One staff team managing hundreds, maybe even thousands of servers and reports of cheaters, or each each server being community ran and having their own staff team that deals with reports just from their own server?

I no longer do quantum computing consulting, so have this one for free: if someone tells you that quantum computing is five years away, or that quantum computing will give you "unlimited" anything, they're lying.
The less snarky version of that is that the metric to watch out for is logical qubit count — not projected number of years. Anyone can claim five years, not anyone can build the thousands upon thousands of logical qubits needed to solve small examples of problems for which quantum advantages exist.
The even more down to brass tacks version of the above is that we know beyond any shadow of a doubt that quantum computers will not, if ever built, be good at everything. They will, by absolute and mathematical necessity, be special-purpose devices that can potentially speed up solutions to specific problems.
You can't use quantum computers to replace classical computational resources *in general*.
Recently I've been finding ChatGPT is INCREDIBLY useful as a research assistant for spitballing invention ideas.
Obviously it makes hard to spot yet critical mistakes, but generally it can give you an idea about material behavior, processes currently used in industry, costs of things, etc.
So far I have a queue of about 5 or 6 novel ideas that need to be tried in practice to see if they actually work, but could be very interesting little low cost DIY friendly devices that could replicate processes that are generally very costly.
Also I've eliminated probably 50 bad ideas already because GPT pointed out likely problems with them that I had not thought of...
